Bonds Memorabilia?

Just curious as to if anybody on here has any Bonds stuff? Like rookie cards, autographs or anything of Bonds that is rare or worth a lot. I personally have nothing but cards, no rookies either. Please share if you have stuff.

I have a Barry Bonds bobblehead. It's a Minor League one with him in the Pirates uniform. I'm not sure exactly which team it is for.

if you don't have anything to contribute to the topic, then you shouldn't contribute at all. This is like one of those posts where the thread is titled-- "Who should the Bucks draft?" And someone says that they hate the NBA it is just for losers and no one watches it. Or "Who will win the Nascar race this weekend?" And someone replies, Nascar isn't even a sport. Seriously, I doubt that BCin2004's intent was to have a Bond's hate thread, if he wanted that, he probably would have started that.

I've thought about trying to get an autographed ball for quite some time -- I've got one of a bunch of today's greats, Arod, Pujols, David Ortiz, Miggy Cabrera, Jake Peavey, Verlander (obtained pre-nohitter) -- but I can't justify spending the cash to pick one up. Plus, I'm not really a big fan of Bonds either.

 

I guess the closest thing to Bonds memorabilia is my 2007 Sheets All Star jersey!

BHF your right, my intent was not to start a Bonds hate thread. There are enough of those. And I was going to say something about those pictures posted but you beat me to it. I just wanted to find out if people have any cool pieces of memorabilia of the new HR champ. I dont want this to become a thread about him "cheating" to become the champ or anything like that. Ive just been interested about it since I have been tracking ebay looking at his stuff and it is going quite high. A lot of his rookie cards are going over beckett value right now.

Even if he is the most hated guy in MLB, his signed stuff is worth a ton of money. His signature on a bat can go for $600 and above, my friend has a signed Bonds bat that somebody he knows gave him.

The ticket stubs from the 756 game are going for a lot of money for just a sticket stub on ebay. Its crazy.

But are they really worth that much?

The Topps (one is from the traded set, I think) have been in the set boxes forever and the Donruss is in a plastic sleeve.

 

I guess I picked the wrong upcoming superstar to collect as I've only got one each of Bonds. On the other hand, I've probably got 20 Griffey rookies.

I think the 1986 traded one are going for around $15-$20. The 87 topps RC is going for around $10, I just bought one off ebay for that price. Not sure about the Donruss since its graded an 8.

Oh yours isnt graded, then about $15 for that one. It seems his best RC is his 87 fleer.It goes for between $25-$30.

I've resigned myself to the fact that all of the cards I've saved are practically worthless due to over-production.

 

Oh well, someday I'll go through them and have a good laugh.
