What?? Again? Good Grief, it's Yadier freaking Molina.
I do believe this violates the very policy that is being policed by moderators (mature posting rules). You guys might want to practice what you police.

I believe I know the language policy, and you could be a little less flippant about it.

Come to think of it, you're right.

I meant Dave freaking Bush.

Its amazing that we don't walk Molina with a base open and the pitcher on deck. Brilliant managing again!
Whos fault is it? (I'm asking this honestly). Is it the catchers mistake? Is it Maddux's mistake?

You don't walk a pretty poor hitting catcher with the pitcher up next, no manager in baseaball does that. Bush made a mistake, not Yost.

Gotta score more than 0 to win, too...lack of any offense thus far kind of takes the wind out of the pitching/not pitching to Molina argument.

Very good point. Batting JJ in the 2 hole compared to the 8 hole and flipping Braun and Fielder hasn't worked. At least against Houston they scored runs. Hall needs protection of some kind.

Wow. My thoughts exactly, just pointed the wrong way.

Oh my God. We got a quality start. Granted, it was a bare minimum, 6 innings, 3 runs, 4.50 ERA, nothing fancy, quality start, but a quality start nonetheless.

That's how startving we've been for some decent starting pitching. Our starter gave up 3 runs and went 6 whole innings, and I'm just really, really impressed.

Of course, we don't have any actual runs, so winning the game doesn't seem to be too likely at this point.

If he were to be pulled now, Bush has turned in a "quality" start. I think that's all we can ask for with how hot the Cards have been the past week. Let's get him some runs!

All I am asking for is 4 stinking runs, is that really to much to ask? I mean really, weve made this pitching staff look like the San Diego Padres for goodness sakes

I respectfully disagree (seems to be my mood today). He would have been walked by many managers, especially when he showed he was going to have one of those days against your starting pitcher. This mistake could be Bush's and Yost's. Neither one is very good at what they do. I would have walked him, but will likely be moot unless the Brewers can find a way to score a run.

He hit a solo HR, his 2nd of the year, how is that showing he is going to have 'one of those days'. I mean it's fine if people dont' like Yost but nitpicking things like this is just taking it too far. There is almost never a reason to IBB Yadier Molina with 2 outs. Get him out and let the next inning start with the pitcher up for an easier inning.
