I'm in Denver, CO for work. I called some sportsbar a few blocks from hotel and asked if they we're showing the Brewers v. Reds game. She said, "Yes Sir". When I use to do that in years past, unless in WI, the folks on the other end would almost always laugh at me. Not anymore. God Bless a Pennant Race!

Two things:

 

1) "Norris Hopper" sounds like a name you get by playing that old 'what would your porn/rock star name be?' process.

 

2) I hate Norris Hopper. Mostly on being a pest vs. us, but I'll admit the name plays a role.

 

Oh, and a third tidbit, I guess. Fwiw, Josh Hamilton is likely to be shut down for the rest of the year - hammy strain, I think it was. So that obviously helps us.
