How Long Before Escobar Is Ready?

Just thinking about long term plans. If LaPorta is Fielder's replacement, can the same be said about Escobar? Is he really a full time major league player in waiting? Does the presence of LaPorta and Escobar (assuming he is a valuable replacement and not just a body) mean that of the Fabulous Five it's most likely that the Brewers will try to sign Braun, Weeks, and Hart to long term, big-time contracts? Opinions?

I think it's more likely they try to sign Weeks, Hart, and Hardy. I still see the Brewers trading Escobar as part of a big trade if they feel they need to make it for a playoff/world series run.
