  1. Yes please. Ramos is very intriguing too but I want 2 pitchers here.
  2. The way he has played the bench looks real nice for Broxton So sad but true. My hopes were sky high for him this year. It's not over yet but it's looking bleak.
  3. Bukauskas Boz Haesley Adell In that order for me. Want nothing to do with any of the other college pitchers at 9.
  4. Yeap. I also have a Sean Taylor 36 jersey (I'm a Redskins fan) which he only wore for a year so I'm into that kind of thing. I've decided to go tonight and get the 33 put on.
  5. I can finally get my jersey stitched! I happened to be at the game the night the trade went down. I also happened to have about 8 beers before the game. So I got a Phillips jersey with no number. Now I can put a number on it 2 years later. Also, I'm something of an idiot.
  6. Paxton for sure for me. His stuff is simply filthy. Obviously injury prone, but he is incredible when right.
  7. Preface: I'm not a scout, I don't pretend to be a scout, I just read a lot and watch some videos. I like your list. I would make it Baz, Bukauskas, Beck. I like the highest ceiling possible. I think I'd take Pavin Smith over everyone else you listed too, although I don't know a lot about the next tier guys. Peterson's ceiling seems low to me. shrug.
  8. Uecker: You can't throw Robbie a curveball here.... .CURVEBALL!!!!! Haha. What a great call. Edit: it's actually on Youtube. Can't link from phone. My memory of the call isn't perfect, but it's close enough.
  9. I was 15 and I was there. 3rd base line upper deck. About 5 of us went on a whim. Best County Stadium memory ever other than Robin's 3000th and the 82 Series. I'm sure it's not available, but Ueckers call was unbelievable on Deers HR. They played it every day for the whole season it seemed. Edit: the other very clear memory for me was that I didn't even see the ball leave Deer's bat, but man I heard it. My immediate thought was "I hope it's fair, because it's crushed". It was fair.
  10. I'd much rather have this Drake than the other one.
  11. Yeah, too far. He's mediocre at hitting, bad at fielding and can't run. And can only play one position. A lot of angst for a replacement level player.
  12. The Scooter Gennett love on this board is just bewildering. He's a bad baseball player. He's a bad hitter and a bad fielder that can't run. What a shame we lost a guy that stinks at everything.
