  1. There is the Kotsay I know. Didn't want to get too far ahead of himself I'm sure. And he could have walked in a run if he was more patient. Good thing one of his skills is drawing BB's.
  2. Hmmm...why do I remember just about the entire infield being Brewers during one of the early 80's AS games? Molitor, Yount, and Cooper (and/or possibly Gantner), but I think one of them may have been starting in place of an injured player. Yea I should have qualified it as the first time 3 Brewers have been elected as starters. Also just heard Bill say Braun and Prince were 1 and 2 in total votes in the NL. Awesome job Brewers fans!
  3. Still don't get this move when we have Green in AAA and McGehee with options. If Casey isn't going to play at the major league level why not bring up Green and keep Gamel at 1st so he can take over when Prince leaves? Also its not like Green is some young buck. Its his sixth season in the minors and he will be 25 in November.
  4. It's the first time in franchise history we have had 3 AS starters
  5. Wow that was huge! And to top it off: Cardinals, Reds and Pirates all lost.
  6. Would be 7-6 with 2 out and a man on 2nd had RRR dropped the sac bunt Come on Ron
  7. I was hoping for a sac bunt, but its RRR so I assumed it would not happen
  8. And Braun is out of the ball game? This better be one of RRR's idiot moves as opposed to him being hurt.
  9. This team is so frustrating. This is exactly why all the "oh we are still in first talk" was so dumb. We should have been up by a lot more than 3 games and RRR/DM's sucktastic bench/managerial decisions cost us. Just because we were in first didn't mean we shouldn't be maximizing our talents. Yuck.
  10. RRR pulled a fast one on us. What a joke. Dillard sucked but there is still no excuse for the crudtastic group that is Counsell, Kotsay, McGehee and Wilson clogging up room on the bench when we have the players in AAA waiting.
  11. pretty dumb IMO. Platooning any combination of Wilson, Counsell and McGehee is not the answer for a contending team, much less one with a 3rd baseman raking in AAA
  12. Defense sucked, but maybe Yo shouldn't have walked two guys to lead off the inning.
  13. Agreed. He pitched like garbage tonight. The 1st inning was not his fault, but the 2nd was all his fault. Just wasn't sure what the poster was saying. I laughed and then questioned. Hence, the LOL WUT???
  14. Has Gamel been playing OF at all or exclusively at 1B? I can dream, but it would be nice to have him as the 1st PH off the bench and spelling Hart against the tougher righties and we dump Kotsay.
  15. And why is Dillard pitching? I thought Loe was the 8th inning guy....
