I don't think Ron should leave him out there to possibly let the Mets back into it. We can call up another pitcher on Monday if need be and ship out Lopez. -
yeah, its nasty out here. If that's rained out, would we get the Brewers game then?

I wish we got the Brewers/Mets game in Chicago because i'm pretty sure that the Cubs/Cards game will be carried by the local stations anyways. I could be mistaken in that, but it seems that there have been multiple occassions ths year where i'll have the opportunity to watch the Cubs or Sox on two channels.

Just got home from the game and I just want to say one thing (beside how great the ending was) - we were sitting in the club level and there was this guy behind us who was literally complaining about everything the entire game. Just whining about how bad Marcum was and how we couldn't hit the ball out of the infield, it was ridiculous. When RR pulled Hawkins for Wilson, the guy almost had a heart attack. He literally whined and threw a fit for the last 2 innings about how ridiculous it was that Hawkins wasn't allowed to hit for himself. It may have been the most ridiculous argument i've ever seen and I really thought a guy in our row was going to get into a fight with him when he finally told the guy to knock it off. Anyways, great win, but wow it's amazing that there are people that dumb out there!

How long is Marco going to be able to go today? I'd like to get a few more runs before going to the pen, which will probably be soon.

I was going to flip out if we didn't get the Brewers game down here in Chicago. I figured we would, but you never know when the Yankees are involved. Hopefully Johnny Wholestaff can keep it rolling (still don't know why we just don't give De La Cruz the start).

Lopez has been pretty terrible for the last 2 years, not sure why Roenicke continues to play him over JHJ.

I just don't understand why they give him a day off against the Cardinals when the Pirates are coming to town, unless of course he's actually hurt and they're not letting on. This is an ugly line-up. Thank god we got the first 2 in the series, but i'm greedy now and really want to get the sweep. Hopefully Corey, Prince, Casey and Yo have big games.

I really hope they don't move everyone up in the rotation. With as well as everyone's been going, I would think it would be best to let them keep rolling. (plus I was really looking forward to seeing Marcum on Sunday, haha).
