Two 2 strike pitches that got way too much of the players. Dang.
-
Yea, that ball was smoked. Too bad.
-
Wisdom and Tellez should have easily hit Homers. These balls are so annoying.
-
Would prefer Taylor starting over Cain...but whatever.
-
Today would be an awful day to finally start him against a righty. Hendricks owns righties(more so than most brewers anyway).
-
Counterpoint - he owns the Crew again. ?
-
At this point - I think most would agree that Yelich leading off may be best for this team.
-
Maybe - he hit one 107 off the bat today and it barely made the track. The other night he had 2 that were hit well and didn't make it out.
-
Just tuned in. Saw it off the bat and thought it was long gone. Barely made the track. Then I thought, maybe it was off the label or end. Nope. 107mph.
-
I would guess, no.
-
He has not been great defensively this year.
-
These baseballs are awful.
-
That is frustrating. It seems like everyone around me has been going through something similar...general sickness lasting a few weeks.

I was just coming here to point this out as well. I had heard it from Kapler and assumed it to be true. It is not one of the tie breakers. I still stand by playing til the last out though - like you said, guys get paid based on their stats.
-
This - we had this happen to us in a hockey tournament a few years ago. Goal differential was the tie breaker, so we had to run up the score on a team that was misplaced. They complained and we felt bad, so we let our foot off the gas. We ended up with the last playoff spot by 1 goal. If they make differential the tiebreaker...then expect teams to try and score.
-
I think the one to Segura was worse, but just my opinion of course.
-
Angel Hernandez is the absolute worst. Another ball hit to the wrong part of the field.

He is so bad.
-
Yea, it's because of the condensed schedule. Pretty weird regardless.
-
Feels like the Brewers have had balls hit to the wrong part of the park all year so far.
-
Kapler said he is going to run scores up since the tie breaker is runs scored or run differential or something. Good for him. In other news, I hate the new baseballs/balance they are trying to achieve.
-
For sure. What bad luck. Wow.
-
Trying hard not to harp on the umps this year...but it is so hard. Some of them are just flat out pathetic. Hes missed about 10 pitches already and we sent even into the 4th.

Tough day for the pitchers. I would guess the offense would be near the top of the league statistically, so no more offense stinks threads!
