  1. That's awful news. Especially for the children. So sad.
  2. Papa John's is not like it use to be, when it first came to my hometown, it was fresh and delicious. Over the years, the quality has fallen. Thought I give another chance 6 months ago, it was bland and kinda on par with a Digiorno, only six dollars more expensive. Recently tried Marco's, that was pretty good, toppings were great, but the crust was a little off for some reason. The local Godfather's has an excellent Italian Meats pizza that's my fav right now. Best Frozen? Kinda favor Freschetta's, your mention of Emil's has peaked my interest though! Let the search begin!! Emils is pretty good. They have an emils seasoning which is good on any pizza, too.
  3. If I remember correctly, he said something to the effect that he knew he wouldn't be able to go out there and not play 100%. If he was on the team he would run through a wall for his teammates. Those arent his exact words, but one of the interviews he talked about it.
  4. MooseJaw in the Dells has a pretty good Taco pizza. I suggest getting the thin crust though, as the thick crust is too much dough. Edit: The Jacks Mexican pizza isn't bad right now. It's usually the only Jacks that I eat these days.
  5. I actually prefer their frozens over the fresh. A great pizza! I prefer their fresh pizzas dining there, but yes, the frozen pizzas are excellent too. Have you ever dined in at their business, take out, or delivery? Or have you only had the frozen pizzas? All of the above. It is a tasty pie. I usually get extra sauce.
  6. True. It was a weird game. The team in the student section end seemed to get all the action. I enjoyed it as my seats are right on the goal line. They had a few lucky bounces in the d-zone...
  7. Very good, decent amount of spice. I'd do it again for certain! I liked it as well. Took the olives off and it was tight up my alley.
  8. I assume you mean Granato, correct? That is interesting. Thanks for that info. That first game Ckarkson way outplayed Bucky, too.
  9. Had my own game tonight, so I wasnt able to see it, but we talked about this at the bar. Clearly something is wrong. Goaltending has been bad since Elliot, but they fail to score often. Frustrating.
  10. The video of Altuve coming home and grabbing his jersey is kind of sketchy. I thought nothing of it on first glance, but if you look closely you can definitely see something that looks like tape on the right side of his chest when he pulls his jersey out.
  11. I just assume all players are doing something. Part of the reason the Braun/Arod/Bonds, etc doesn't bother me one bit.
  12. Heine's Pizza in Minnesota Junction is pretty awesome. They have limited hours and are usually packed for being in the middle of nowhere. Edit: Forgot about Chances in Burnett. They only have 2 pizza ovens, so if you go in there you usually have to wait it out with a few cold ones. Haven't had it in awhile since they dont have a softball tournament any longer.
  13. They should do it old school. Stand in a line and pick 2 captains.
  14. I am the same way with fish. Hated it growing up, but now I am always trying to get out on a Friday(harder now with a kiddo). I will have to take keep an eye out for swordfish. I am so/so on sushi. Some I really enjoy and some I hate. The wife only eats the fake sushi rolls, so we don't get too try to many a second time.
  15. Except their taco pizza. Their taco pizza is top notch. I agree otherwise. Although, I will pop in for a slice occasionally.
  16. Haven't had Ted's since I went to school in Menom, but I do recall it being good.
  17. Furthermore, the guy on twitter said some players went up to him. He is a Cardinals beat writer. That accusation held no water, imo.
  18. I wondered that as well. Thanks for the info on that. I wonder if that is something that should be changed. Oh well. Im a Niner fan, but the week is so much better when the Packers win, so I was pulling for them last night. Plus, I like the matchup better than Seattle again.
  19. Yea, I didnt get to see last nights game, but my dad said it was pathetic. Berry looked solid tonight and they actually played pretty well.
  20. The one I saw earlier in the week had them at a play in game. This was before the OSU win and the Ill loss. As of now, that is probably where they belong. Right on the bubble. Also, one positive is that the Big 10 is going to give them a lot of chances for good wins. EDIT: Just saw ESPN has them at a 7 seed.
  21. Those %'s feel close though I might bump GB close to 50 and Sea close to 40. I feel like if its blowout, there's a better chance GB puts up a clunker than Sea. Interestingly, ESPNs thingy puts Green Bay at 66%. Slightly greater chance to beat Seattle than SF has of beating Minn.
  22. I've never tried it either, not one single time. I know others, who like me, have also never tried it. Not that weird to us... Cool. I am happy for you and others like you. The issue was someone saying they didn't like something they had never tried. Again, I think people can dislike something without trying it. Many people dislike rollercoasters but have never tried them. Edit: Also, I never said I dislike it. I said I dont care for it. Which I suppose is not liking it. Regardless, it doesnt seem odd to me.
