I'd rather play him than Garcia. Garcia = disappointment 2 homers, 2 HOMERS. Pathetic. -
Be nice if Taylor could get regular playing time. These guys need to get into a rhythm, and starting a game every 4 or 5 days just won't do it.

Well, they didn't and still don't have any adequate replacements to give him a break with. There's no Jerry Hairston or Felipe Lopez to bring off the bench this year. Don't forget Kotsay... Wish we had him to start a crucial game in CF. UGH! (yes, I realize Hairston and Lopez were actual decent options, but it made me think of the decision that RRR made that ruined everything)

Playoffs on the line and we are starting Peterson and Sogard, and for that matter Arcia, who was supposed to be replaced by Urias. What a nightmare of a season, and yet, we still have a chance for the post season. Funny game...

Basically, we are a weak and selfish culture. That pretty much sums it up. I haven't enjoyed the mask wearing, social distancing and the lack of social interaction at all, but it is for the good of the community, the people I love, etc, so I have done what needs to be done. (if I am honest with myself, there are times when using the pandemic as an excuse not to see some people works out great, often in fact. lol) It's too bad that so many only think about themselves and are unable to inconvenience themselves, even for the greater good.

The only off season acquisition that has been worth a damn is Gyorko, and it isn't even close. Smoak, Narvaez, Sogard, Urias, Lauer, Morrison, etc have all been close to nothingness.

This guy is just horrible... We might be best off just keeping Nottingham and Pina next year to be honest.

It's too bad CC is always the last to know things... We all knew Sogard sucks, took CC 3/4 of the season to figure it out. We all knew that Gyoko should be playing all the time, took CC 3/4 of the season to figure that out. we all KNOW that Peterson has no place on this roster and should never be playing, CC has yet to figure that one out.
