Cubbies "pouring it on." -
Piggy backing them would create a monster. But that makes too much sense. Just start Houser for 3 innings, Suter for 3 innings, and let Peralta finish the final 3 innings. Done.

Typical 4th inning blow up... Houser should have been out of this inning with any kind of defense, so it isn't all his fault, however, he has done nothing to help his cause after the crap show started either.

I REALLY hope the Sogard obsession that CC has ends after this season. He pretty much offers nothing. (Yes, I know he hasn't started a game since September 3rd or something like that, but I don't think it's because CC benched him, I think that order came from above)

I think a lot of folks just don't take this season as seriously as in the past. It's understandable for the fair weather average fan, but the die hards are still paying attention...

How many times this season have we been no hit for 3 innings? Or better yet, longer than 3 innings? It seems like a daily thing.

Just a big kick in the nads... Counsell was so confident on the win, he took Braun out. Would have been nice if Braun could have had Gamel's at bat. Ok, go get 'em tomorrow boys.

This is why I just don't trust Hader... Always some kind of drama. Dude is just not reliable. Might be time to give Williams the closer role, and put Hader in some non-save situations from here on out. Of course, that will probably drop his trade value, and I am all about trading this guy.

There’s been too many nice compliments from Cubs recently. I find most actual Cub players/coaches to be quite classy and humble especially when compared with fixtures of the Cardinals like TDLR and Molina. It's just their fans that are hopelessly obnoxious. Yeah, they don't have any players that I can really hate on like the old days, except for Baez, I can't stand that guy and his unwarranted constant praise from the media and announcers.

Probably the most ridiculed acquisition of the offseason too. I don't remember that, I'd say that may belong to the nerd or Anderson.
