  1. This. In their last seven games they've faced one starting pitcher with an ERA over 3. One of them, Reese Olson, they knocked around so bad his ERA ended up over 3 after the game.
  2. Brewers currently have the largest division lead in MLB.
  3. I do find it funny a lot of people have been saying that Contreras needs a full day off, that Murphy is going to wear him out and when Murphy finally gives him a day off against a pitcher with a ERA of almost 10 we get complaints about a Sunday lineup.
  4. Good lord, Maldonado's .OPS is .260?
  5. Both Happ and Swanson would have struck out looking if the ump gave Wilson the same strike zone he gave Imanaga in the first.
  6. The Brewers are currently the only team in the NL Central with a winning record.
  7. Really like this lineup from Murph. I'd much rather see Bauers and Turang vs a lefty over Miller and Monasterio.
  8. Cubs/Cardinals delayed by rain for 2.5 hours, first pitch scheduled for 8:40. Now let's hope for 15 innings so the Cubs don't get into Milwaukee until about 3am for a day game tomorrow.
  9. It is Myers getting the start. Odd they use an opener for Wilson and Rea and then let Myers start. Also Dunn recalled and Wiemer optioned. Hate the fact that Dunn is immediately starting over Ortiz. I get that he was raking in AAA, but if it turns back into a straight platoon I'm going to be furious.
  10. Just as an FYI on all Apple TV broadcasts there's an option to change the audio to either team's radio feed.
  11. Makes sense with Wilson and Rea, both guys who usually get pulled before going through the lineup a third time. Have Koenig get through the gauntlet of lefties in the first and then that allows Wilson and Rea to get through the 6th or hopefully 7th inning only having to face the top of the order twice.
  12. If only we had the technology to determine balls and strikes so there'd be no more arguments about them.
  13. I had no idea Chase Anderson was still pitching in MLB.
  14. Interesting that the Cardinals City Connect uniforms have another word for a toilet on them. (I know it's a different spelling, but it's too good to pass up.)
  15. They can't get rid of it if they want to keep their antitrust exemption.
  16. This is the first year the gold package gets three regular season games and we get all three division games, lame. Was hoping for Niners or Texans.
  17. Two innings in a row Wilson is in trouble, can't hit the strike zone, and a Cardinals hitter bails him out on the first pitch for the third out.
  18. Maybe that'll convince Murph to start Ortiz at 3B everyday.
  19. I'd like to see Monasterio get playing time over Dunn and Bauers
  20. I am so incredibly sick of seeing Dunn's name in the starting lineup. Why are we platooning a top prospect with a AAAA player who only made the roster because of an injury? Start Ortiz everyday! I don't want to dislike Dunn, but him starting over Ortiz is turning him into my least favorite Brewer.
  21. Comcast/Xfinity dropped Bally's. Bally's is still operating and Spectrum isn't affected.
  22. I don't ever want to see Dunn starting at 3B again.
  23. Yes they do. I bought a pair of Field Outfield Box tickets to the 5/30 game against the Cubs for $48 when tickets went on sale in February. Actually, only my ticket was $48, I'm bringing my dad who gets the half price senior discount for weekday games, so his ticket was $24. Those same seats are now listed for $71 on the Brewers website.
  24. Brewers currently 2nd in MLB for the best odds to win the World Series according to Baseball Reference, less than half of a percentage point behind the Orioles:
  25. How big was that play by Perkins in the first? Literally took three runs off the board in a game that finished 2-0.
