Cam is nothing short of amazing in CF. Its almost like he gets out in that grass and becomes ageless, running down would be doubles like he was 25 again

Yuck. That was not good. All kept alive by a ridiculous bloop double down the LF line. You always wish you can put up a big number when you have the bases loaded with no outs and right now I am really wishin we would have cleared them in the top

Can't disagree with you there. Eddings is as bad or worse than DiMuro in my book, but they both pretty much stink at their job. It seems every time I see DiMuro ump, both teams have problems with him

How did he instigate that arguement...by calling a ball a ball? He follows players as they walk away towards the dugout if they are saying something to further continue the argument, which is pretty much a no-no for umps. I have seen it with him many times during his umpiring career not even counting tonight. He's one of those umps that instead of ignoring something a player mumbles under his breath as he walks he says something along the lines of "what did you say" as he follows them and becomes the antagonizer.

Not only is Mike DiMuro probably the worst MLB umpire I have seen in my lifetime, but on top of that he looks to me like he enjoys instigating arguments. What a bum

Nice defensive play by Stetter there, but I haven't been too impressed with his pitching so far in the early going this year

6 IP, 3 ER is a quality start too for what it is worth, our 8th in the last 9 games if I'm not mistaken. Exactly - I would be pretty content if we got that out of Soup's turn in the rotation every time

Very unfortunate for Lo Cain. I talked to him for a few minutes at ST and he seemed like a very high character guy. I hope they are right and it is only the MCL. Typically the MCL can heal on its own in about 6-8 weeks(iirc from when I tore mine). I would be somewhat surprised if he misses the rest of the season from an MCL tear. Get healthy quickly Lorenzo! -

Hey thanks for the Hoffman update ELCABALLO! I would have to say Yo's pitching performance was a bit better but they were both great and I would take either any day! Just an FYI, my buddy that is a cubs fan (i know, i know - he is from IL) just text me and said that Aramis strained his calf tonight and that Marmol also got injured while pitching tonight. Good for you Coop! Good to hear him say that even if it doesn't even need to be discussed!
