Because outside of Braun and Prince the offense has been in a slump all year. I can't remember even a small stretch where I was thinking man these Brewer's can mash. Corey Hart was 17th in the NL in OPS, Weeks was an all-star, so you may have been speaking in hyperbole but it was flat out wrong. Weeks injury really set him back.

Its weird because Princes numbers for the post-season look good but for some reason I feel like he has had a lot of bad at bats and big outs. Maybe because Braun has been on base all the time so he has had more chances with runners on

Well as long as it called that way for both teams the whole game I guess I dont care. But that inning was ridiculous. We should have had two on for Prince there.

I like how winning pretty much half your games overall and against the team you play somehow means you cannot win on the road. Also what was the Brewers road record the second half of the year. I am guessing it was pretty good

For a board that talks about small sample sizes so much I amazed by some of the knee-jerk reactions people are having to a couple bad games but some guys. Now maybe the guys who are calling for the changes aren't the ones talking about small sample sizes. I just find it interesting

I cant believe people are complaining about Kotsay being in for Hart. Hart has looked terrible at the plate and he looks incredibly slow in field and has a noodle for an arm. Kotsay is not good in the field but at least he seems to be seeing the ball well
