    You mean the team with the 4th worst record in the NL. The team who is 10 games under .500. The team who is 10 games out of first. They have gained one game on the Brewers over the past 10 games.

    Even with the rough stretch we recently had the Brewers own the 3rd best record in the NL. They are only 3 games back of the Braves.

    I expected more highly rated prospect. Maybe two guys in the 60-90 range. It could easily be argued that Gasser and Ruiz could be in that range but right now they are not. Ruiz really intrigues me as a player. His walk rate and strike out rates are very good and his power looks decent. And obviously his speed is insane. Gasser projects as a back of the rotation guy but there is huge value in that. Rogers is being underrated by many. He is a very good reliever who has had one of the unluckiest 2 months stretches I have seen from a reliever. 21 inning with 25 ks and 5 walks and just one home run but a BAPIP of well over .400.. He has been hit hard but over that time Hader has given up more hits, extra base hits, and walks in one less inning. Hader does have way more strikeouts though Lamet is a huge wild card.

    This trade is looking better and better. Lauer is arguably our number 3 starter right now. People have tried to downplay his success for a while but since June 27, 2021 (span of 97 innings), Eric Lauer has 99 strikeouts and a 2.23 ERA. That is a good sample size and is top 15 in baseball. Grisham had a great year a couple years ago and then was decent last year and has been brutal to start this year. He probably turns it around but his first year in San Diego may be the outlier not the norm

    Great comeback! This is a fun team. The interview at the end with Davis and Gard was cool too. Seems like Gard's relationship with the players is much better...but winning cures a lot of problems

    Imagine a 15-1 season holds this distinction in the SB Era. The Packers beat the Lions on November 24th to go 11-0 that year. The Lions (with the 2nd best record in the division) went to 7-4 with the loss so they still would not have clinched. The Packers had a bye and then went 12-0 on Dec 4th and the Lions lost to go to 7-5. That would have clinched so it looks like they clinched a week sooner that year.

    Woodruff has to go the next inning if his spot doesn't come up. Very few pitches
