    I hate to say this but...... Reyes has a lot more utility as a late defensive replacement, a PR, he can hit against lefties, if not particularly great. I just think he has more use in a 5 game series than a lefty who can't run, field, or hit against a team stacked with lefty pitching.

    Vogelbach is hard to have on your roster. He can’t run. He doesn’t hit lefties. Back to back games pulled because of these problems. Atlanta has a bullpen full of lefties, and a lefty starter that's going to pitch twice, and your 1B is Rowdy Tellez. I have no idea why Vogelbach is on the roster for this series.

    Pulling Pina was just a really bad move. It used up both Vogelbach and Taylor, and we didn't have anyone to use in the 9th when we really needed someone with the game on the line.

    2 runs in the first 9 innings was just enough. 0 runs in the next 7 innings, so far, hasn't been enough. If they don't score tonight, they'll have 3 more games to get more than 2 runs.

    good pitching causes bad swings. Fried's got a lot of movement on his curve. He's hung a few, but he's been putting it where he wants it for the most part.

    They covered the spread. Defense played predictably well. Run game played well, but hard to gauge because Illinois is bad. Graham Mertz continues to be very bad.
