Yes Braddock isn't Chapman. Then again neither is anyone else.
-
Stealing is separate from baserunning in fangrpah's numbers. Stealing shows up in wOBA. Baserunning is taking the extra base.
-
It wasn't for Solo leaving the line. One US player entered the back of the box right as the kick was taken and encroachment was called. Its almost never called that close.

Jeff Cirillo - on air personality
endaround replied to liveforoctober's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Cirillo's biggest issue right now is playing off Anderson. He still has a studio mind set where even a second of dead air can be killer and so if Anderson doesn't immediately talk after Cirillo is finished he'll tend to add an extra word or two to fend off dead air. -
Well sure, but I rather have Counsell in the field. Kotsay is tolerable as a pure pinch hitter, as a 4th OFer he stinks. Look at the Cardinals and the Reds and their 4th OFers. If Kotsay was only used as a left handed pinch hitter who will hit .270 with little power he'd be fine if the team can support that. He isn't being used that way.

You don't run
-
YUNI!!!!!
-
It did to me. But his delivery is such a mess of movement he likely got away with it
-
Really thought we were going to clear Yuni that inning
-
He said he was going to be gone and it wasn't serious. So don't know if its some "minor" surgery, or maybe something to do with his son.
-
Cirillo in 4 sentences conveying more information than a full season of Rock
-
So what should have been an out becomes a double
-
McGehee is slow btw
-
Adams was let go because Yost and Maddux didn't like him. Twice he went over a week without getting into a game in just 2 months in Milwaukee in 2005. Hard to keep a player around who your manager just won't play,
-
Last I heard Cruz has already been released, is playing in Mexico and soon is on his way to Japan.
-
Yeah he would never let a ball go under his glove or anything like that...
-
Contact play with infield in...
-
So because of that weird DS Gomez can't pinch run for Kottaras....
-
Hell I'd take Gomez over Yuni
-
Why is Yuni hitting?
-
Hit well BA?
-
Come on Ron, time to empty your bench and not let Yuni hit
-
Supposedly no
-
Well Braddock will now be buried again

square pegs round holes
