we are probably going to the Wednesday game as well. what section are most of you guys getting? the link goes to sec. 216 and if that's where a lot of brewer fans will be, then we will get tix there as well.
I know they go on sale to anyone who bought a season ticket package on Monday. Also they are doing the $10 for anywhere in the stadium deal like the indians games last year
just took mine from the post from RickieWeeksJr about the pre-release pics of this years bobbles. as soon as i saw it i knew immediatley that it had to be my avatar
I have four tickets for the 4/6 Prince bobble day and I don't think that I am going to be able to make it. Opening day on Friday, a wedding in Madison on Saturday, and I just don't see myself making it back by 1:00 for the game Sunday. My question is, if I were to sell these tickets for my 20 game price would anyone be willing to go to the game and still give me back two of the bobbles that they get? not sure if I will do this or not yet, but just checking to keep the little lady happy (she loves the bobbles) edit: I decided to pick up 2 tickets in Bernie's Terrace today for the Prince bobble. If anyone would like them with the disclaimer that they give me the 2 bobbles after the game they can have them. Hopefully someone from the area takes them and can drop the bobbles off in the Glendale area to not have to pay for shipping.
I went to Toronto for 4 days last Halloween and absolutely loved it. The CN tower was very neat, Rogers Centre not so much. There is also a shopping center (maybe centre up there) not far from that area that is like 5 levels and a great place to waste time at. at pretty much all times of day over the weekend we were there something was going on at the mall, performance artists, mini circus acts and such. mostly just cool things to watch. plus i went into a pharmacy in the mall and asked if they sold aleive for a migraine and the guy told me it would be pointless to have that kind of medication when I could just go to the counter in back and get vicodin or codine instead!!! didn't do it but probably should have
no dillon didn't have any after being called up, but had 20 in 319at bats in nashville though. he's a long shot, but i think he would have a shot if he gets the playing time, which would probably mean someone from my original 7 gets hurt
I drove by the park on my way home and would guesstimate about 75 tents or so camped out around 11:30. figure 4 people per tent, and 4 tickets per person and that takes out about 1200 of the 2000 tickets that were suppose to be available. Just don't think that I'm going to make it there tomorow.
I could easily see us have seven players with over 20. weeks, cameron, hardy, hall, braun, fielder, hart, maybe dillon if he gets enough playing time five with a solid shot at 30 weeks, hall, braun, fielder, hart.
with inflation and job success, how much will you be making by 2018? either way, i bet anything at miller park is in the lower half of prices in the majors.
good luck with it and keep us posted. I have been thinking about having it done for awhile now, and my new insurance actually covers 25% of the cost now.
got a runner up email today saying "To show our appreciation,we want to extend an exclusive offer to purchase ticketsprior to the single game on-sale, at a savings of 50% offregular prices for the Cincinnati Reds series, April 8 - 10." I already have my tickets for the Thursday game, love the early season afternoon games, and can't go to any other ones. If anyone didn't get this email, and wants some tickets for half off send me a pm and I will try to get them for you.
Just got an email today for season ticket holders that the last two games of spring training against the Royals at MP will start being sold Monday morning. Looks like they are going to be similar to the Angels vs Indians setup last year. from the email-- "On Friday, March 28 at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday, March 29 at 2:05 p.m., the Brewers will host the Kansas City Royals for two exhibition games at Miller Park. Tickets for the exhibition games will be $10 per seat, regardless of location."
BrewCrewIn2004 giving me the chance to get the opening day tickets from the lottery that he won, just before I got my rejection letter email. Thanks again, I really appreciate it a ton--so will the friends that actually get to go now without having to pay an obscene amount.
totally agree with you sgtcluels, the port-a-john situation in general parking is an absolute joke. it won't deter me from going to games but it is definetly something that I would like to see changed. then I could stop turning around to see someone peeing in the parking lot that I have to walk through
Can anyone reccomend a free site that offers the salary cap leagues? I used to always do sportingnews.com, but they aren't offering a salary cap version this year. I did find the prostock one on mlb.com, but I 'd like to find another one. Thanks
