  1. I will let you know what I think of after his 9th inning homer. Hopefully after that homer the Brewers still aren't trailing.
  2. Normally I don't care if someone gloats, but Lorenzen shouldn't have tossed the bat like that considering he should have been sitting in the dugout after striking out.
  3. That’s not the first time I’ve seen a runner at third with no outs not score because the batter hit right to the third baseman. The one time a strikeout would be better...
  4. Surprisingly less than a 2-run triple. Gennett is becoming my least favorite player in the MLB, only because he kills us on the field. My least favorite player in the MLB is really Yadier Molina, and there's probably a good chance he actually killed someone.
  5. So, what are the odds Gennett hits a 3-run HR here?
  6. The Yelich trade could very well go down as the best trade in franchise history.
  7. It would be better for resellers for those games to be later in the year, when the Brewers are out if first place, the Cubs likely have the division within their grasp, and the Cardinals come out of nowhere to make one of the wild card games.
  8. That was an incredible win, game 1 non televised, of a double header. I only remember finding out when I came home from school and saw the highlights on ESPN. I doubt you'll see a bigger 9th inning comeback ever. I remember that one! Weren't there about 500 people at that game since it was a makeup doubleheader? I believe the attendance was slightly above 3,000. All tickets were $10 for both games of the doubleheader and they only sold tickets on the lower level of County Stadium. We sat in the second row behind the Brewers dugout (the only time I ever sat that close). A very surreal set of games to be at. I don’t think there will ever be a situation like that again. My brother and I were 20-game ticket holders back then. He had to work that day, but planned on meeting me for the second game. Our in-person records were really good that year (despite the team being bad), and he arrived at our seats in the middle of the 9th and said he wasn’t going to count this game in his season record since he would only be there for half an inning. When they came back and won he changed his mind...
  9. Although the extra innings part of the following game weren’t extraordinary, the ninth inning was amazing. The biggest one-inning comeback I’ll probably ever witness in person. https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/sports/2000/05/23/with-epic-comeback-brewers-top-astros/3492bc79-e1eb-40ac-8cf4-09170348251f/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.572f5a393ba1
  10. I don’t know the cheese sandwiches reference. It must be if the game goes a certain number of innings.
