  1. He was projected to be a mid-1st-round pick. The Packers got him at 23. That is good value. If he was perfect, he would have gone top 10.
  2. good Lord you two. let it go.
  3. My annual plea to trade down.
  4. I've seen Hairston to the Pack on two mock drafts today.
  5. Do we need a Packers only draft tracking thread or are you guys good using this one?
  6. Weather looks like it will be decent for you. Maybe some rain on Friday but April in Green Bay is a crapshoot. Mid to upper 50's is perfect.
  7. conspiracy theories are not limited to Gen Z also: Birds Aren't Real is a satirical conspiracy theory which posits that birds are actually drones operated by the United States government to spy on American citizens. In 2018, journalist Rachel Roberts described Birds Aren't Real as "a joke that thousands of people are in on."
  8. As long as he isn't absolutely horrible before then, I am totally fine with him not figuring it out until late August.
  9. Heard him interviewed on the pre-game yesterday. He isn't concerned. He said he really didn't pitch at all for 18 months and command is expected to be off given the layoff. Body feels good. Shoulder feels good. I like that he talks with certainty about the return of command and velocity. https://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/mlb/rattlers/2025/04/18/minor-league-baseball-brandon-woodruff-pitches-for-timber-rattlers/83164102007/?tbref=hp “When you have any type of surgery, especially shoulder surgery, typically the last thing that comes for guys is the command of the baseball,” Woodruff said. “Out there today, I got to two strikes or even earlier in the count, I didn’t execute with two strikes. “Then you get behind early and it doesn’t matter what level you’re at, especially right now until the velocity gets back, that’s what I’m going to have to be able to lock in on, the command.”
  10. Be fun to look back in 3 - 4 years and see if we have the same top of the order for the Brewers as we do right now in Carolina (plus Chourio).
  11. The QB that committed over the weekend looks impressive. Ran a 10.66 100m dash. That's moving.
  12. Unfortunately doc needs to get in there and see what's what with me.
  13. If anyone cares (probably not), I ended up going with a company called ShearComfort. They were a bit pricier than the other places I was looking at but they were Better Business Bureau certified and others were not. Given overall cost and the fact that I've never used anything like this that was the deciding factor for me. Very happy with the purchase. almost looks like original interior until you look close.
  14. colonoscopy prep
  15. At this stage of life, he'd probably be really appreciative. But I'm the same as you...Whenever I see someone famous, I leave them alone (except for the time I was drunk at a Cubs game and asked Chris Chelios what he thought about the Univ. of Wisconsin hockey program)
  16. Jason Priestly is battling out there
  17. Alright well....stick to 1 - 5 for now I guess.
  18. Some notes from last nights' game: - After trailing 95-71 with less than 10 minutes left, Milwaukee scored 23 straight points and eventually tied it 97-all on AJ Green’s 3-pointer with 3:36 left. - The Bucks scored 23 points in 4 minutes and 58 seconds. (They had 71 points at the 10:09 mark and scored their 94th point with 5:07 left). - Milwaukee outscored Minnesota 39-8 over the last 10 minutes. - It was the Bucks' biggest fourth-quarter comeback since at least 1996-97, when the NBA began tracking play-by-play data. - The Bucks had lost the last 276 regular-season or playoff games in which they had fallen behind by at least 20 points in the fourth quarter.
  19. when I was a little guy, the Bucks came back from 9 down with 30 seconds to go. I think it was against the Suns.
  20. win by 7....that's insane Kevin Porter Jr has been an absolute steal
  21. I did auto draft based on seed for the one bracket I entered. Only change I made was swapping Florida for Duke as champ. I am guaranteed to win. Kinda wish I'd entered another contest or two.
  22. My investment advice: 1) wait for tariff announcement 2) buy as market drops 3) wait 48 - 72 hours for the inevitable promise that tariffs will be lifted 4) sell as market goes up 5) profit edit 6) wait to see if the promise that tariffs will be lifted is real or not 7) consider the rich tapestry that is life 8) stare into the void 9) determine that there is no meaning to anything. There is only this moment in time. 10) sell all earthly possessions. Move to Bhutan and become a Buddhist monk.
  23. really nice set of transfers coming in
  24. The Bucks drafted poorly too. They kept going for ceiling when they probably should have been going for floor.
  25. Good stuff, Terry. Keep it comin'.
