  1. The most pitches Davis has thrown all year is 34. He's at 24 here in the 8th.
  2. I'm a big fan of all the food upgrades in general, but the beer upgrades are really the stars of the show. So you guys are the ones paying $12 for a craft beer? I can't justify paying that when I could get one for $5 at almost any bar, or by a 12 pack for $15. It's Friday's long island or bust as far as alcohol goes at miller park. I drink the $10 ones. My friend owns one of the breweries. Supporting local, small business by drinking a single craft brew is not the end of the world.
  3. I shake my head at anyone that cares what someone else does with their money. Literally, I'm shaking my head right now looking at your post.
  4. The craft beer bar on the Loge Level was enough of an upgrade by itself to warrant an award.
  5. RIP this thread
  6. Some of us don't wait until the season is over to question decisions. I predicted the day it happened that letting Gennett go would come back and bite them, and that letting the Cubs fix their rotation coming out of the break by nabbing a guy the Brewers were interested in was a fatal mistake. I agree with the sentiment that when you miss by one game it's a major disappointment. We have no idea when things will fall into place and give the Brewers the kind of opportunity they had in 2017. Stearns made some small moves that helped but he hesitated on the big move they needed. You also predicted this: Brewers MVP: Thames Brewers Cy Young: Peralta Disappointing Player: Shaw
  7. You'd think they could do some GPS thing inside the ball that would place it exactly where it needs to be.
  8. He said guards were replaceable and them immediately replaced the ones he had with Sitton and Lang. Then he replaced those guys with Taylor and Evans. Sitton has been hurt as much as he's played since they cut him. They made a big offer to Lang but Detroit offered more. I really don't see the interior of the line as a problem.
  9. Last series of the year and the Brewers are still in the playoff race. Crazy.
  10. Yeah, his blocking is a very underrated part of his game. Drops will subside.
  11. Bennett + Kendricks > Cook
  12. I would only blame the training staff if I knew how they compared to the rest of the league.
  13. $30 total ($10 each). It's frozen until I tell it not to be frozen.
  14. I froze my credit with all three agencies.
  15. Please tell me there's a Uecker call of that home run.
  16. No one. Not one single person (even the old timers that listen to Uke on their headset and keep score) watch 100% of the pitches in a game.
  17. Still only a game out of the wild card...same as they were before this two game skid.
  18. His numbers with men in scoring position: .306/.416/.586
  19. On the bright side, if this goes like 12 innings the Cubs will use like 8 pitchers.
