  1. "The Brewers have had the fewest major league pitchers need the procedure over the last ten years."
  2. Probably. I can't remember where I leave my keys half the time.

  4. Since he missed a big chunk of last year with that broken ankle, they might try to get him more ABs to make up for it. Who knows.
  5. Man it's nice to have an elite prospect (Arcia) in the farm system once again.
  6. Because Fiers is 30 years old. If he was 26 it'd be a different story.

  8. The winds were very favorable.
  9. I'd sure hope so. That is a subject that has nothing to do with baseball (and darn near anything else) and I hope it stays that way. I couldn't care less about his personal orientation, but to make it a distraction on a teams development is something we don't need and is quite frankly selfish. These are young kids and the the task of becoming a major league player is difficult enough without adding non-baseball distractions. Quite frankly if it's so distracting to the other players that their play suffers then they probably lack the mental fortitude to make it in the big leagues anyway.
  10. That golf course looks so amazing on TV. Hard to believe it's in Wisconsin.
  11. Let's keep the debate on Braun's 2nd half of this year and away from the steroids stuff. Thanks.
  12. To a degree. I think three years after a draft you have a pretty good idea if the class is going to have any decent players or not. Some guys just click after four or five years but not too many.
  13. I was at the game on Tuesday night and that lineup minus Braun looked like the Sky Sox were playing the Cubs.
  14. If you trade prospects for guys like Greinke you have to be able to replace them. You can't trot out Scooter Gennett and Khris Davis on a daily basis. The draft is ultimately where Melvin failed. Seems like that is turning around in the last couple of years. Time will tel.
  15. We need a GM that values RBIs
  16. Not to mention Melvin probably knows as many people in baseball as anybody. Nice to have a guy around with his network.
  17. Considering making the switch. Anyone use Republic?
  18. There have been a ton of innovations to render most US mail obsolete. Electronic signature, email, internet, etc.
  19. Trent Clark gets a hit to extend hitting streak to 13 games.
  20. ...represents our best bet for a 3TO hero the likes of which we haven't seen since Russell Branyan.
  21. People that film entire songs while at a live rock concert really bother me. You have a show going on RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and your stupid iPhone (which you are holding the wrong way for video by the way) is never going to recreate the sound and fury of Metallica playing 30 yards to the south. You, sir, are a dumb dumb.
  22. OT but Mike Ilitch is funny lookin' http://getnetworth.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/mike-ilitch-net-worth.jpg
  23. I think it's very relevant to how Lucroy is viewed compared to let's say a Dominican player saying the same things. Lucroy is a "team leader" and a breath of "fresh air." Lucroy will still be a fan favorite while other players, people would turn on them very quickly. Racial discussions have historically ended up as three to five pages of nothing but a back and forth on race and politics. Hence we avoid them to keep things on topic. Sorry, thems the rules.
  24. Orlando Arcia has been so uber consistent this year. I feel like every game he's 1/4 or 2/4 with a double.
