If anyone comes across video of the top of 9th inning please post a link. I want to see that again. I have seen T-BALL defense better than that!!! Just disgusted!!

Must win game! Sorry just had to say it!

Martinez was on tonight. Two things did stand out to me. Seen Chacin pitch both his starts, not impressed at all. Maybe i was expecting too much, but he is starting to make me long for the days of Wes Obermueller, Matt Kinney, and Chris Narveson! Villar, the bat seems to be coming back, but the defense and decision making is still the same. Bullpen is much improved. Even Drake looked pretty good.

They should have let Martinez finish.

Drake looks like Kershaw out there when compared to Chacin

Win-Loss Record: 82-80 Playoffs (Yes, No): No Highest Playoff Level Achieved: No All Star Game Representative(s): Cain, Shaw, Anderson Offensive Player of the Year: Cain Pitcher of the Year: Anderson Most Surprising Player: Davies, just keeps getting better and better, wins 20. Most Disappointing Player: Villar, last year was the real thing, Thames, pitchers know who he is, Chacin, the Petco effect is real, Braun, is nagged by injuries the entire year.

Being near Nashville, I was able to see a lot of Matthews when he played at Vanderbilt. The kid was a beast, always played like he had something to prove and wanted the ball when the game was on the line. If he can stay healthy, he would be an outstanding addition.

I hear ya, 50 got here quick!

Good memories, seeing Patrick Stewart with a smoke and those glasses always brought a smile. That and the one, I swear it was Will Ferrell, going Super Sayian.

There has got to be an underlying reason. 4/60 is not that bad and could have been done by the Brewers. There's a red flag someone saw or he just didn't want to be here. Thinking about it some more, was it that 4th year that was the deal breaker?

    Calling Houston?

Victor Santos! Now that's a name I haven't thought of in years. Didn't he get the nickname "Vampire" around here because he only pitched good at night?

First - thanks for the post Second - I hope Cobb does sign with the Brewers but I guess if he signs with any team during the last week of March, the piece of insight still holds true. Third - I need someone to help me understand why any FA would be waiting to sign until the end of spring training/ as the season opens. Now is the time when a player (especially a starting pitcher) needs to get into camp and get himself ready to be able to break camp with his team. Waiting just puts the player behind the rest and (like those that get hurt at this time) they seem to be playing catch up the entire year... Your third point is dead on.

With the Brewers? Honestly, this drawn out process has tried my patience. Hope it's with someone else!

"Don't you ... forget about me." - Jett Bandy Jett - Don't forget your bat (out of hell) this year then. And Jett I thought the only lonely place was on the moon!

https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2018/02/poll-most-pressing-need-for-free-agent-starter.html Really?? Gallardo and Miley both in the rotation? Words escape me!

An attainable goal! When he was signed, my first thought was why did they sign him? It seems like his name has bounced around for 15 years, I thought he was in his 30's! Shocked to find out he is only 26!

Playoffs??? Brewers go 162-0 Sweep the playoffs Win WS in 4 with back to back to back to back no hitters by Nelson, Anderson, Davies, Chacin. And are the greatest team to ever to put on any uniform! If you are setting a goal, set it high!!

1 point for Rollie, that's exactly why Stearns should explore this.

    A friend for Villar
  24. Jaylyn
I'd do that in a heartbeat, not going to happen though. Braun for Kemp, Mitchell White and Connor Wong.
  25. Jaylyn
[ I thought Braun was penciled in at 2nd?
