  1. Conley would be my choice. I would love to have him on the team and then resign Mo Williams.. That way Conley would not have to be pushed in to a starting role and have some depth. I think Conley is going to be awesome.
  2. My lineup would be: 1. Gwynn CF 2. Hardy SS 3. Fielder 1B 4. Hart RF 5. Braun 3B 6. Estrada C 7. Hall DH 8. Mench LF 9. Counsell 2B
  3. Kind of surprised that the Whitesox might not want to make a move for him? There OF is not that great. He'd be nothing more then a 4th OF for the mets and Padres and might start in Colorado.
  4. I would be interested as well. Thanks!! loised07@uww.edu
  5. It's about time we look down on the farm and bring Cappean (sp) back up! We are already going to have decisions to make when Dessens comes off the Dl. I would like to have Cappean back up and spurling back down. Also we need to move Mench! I want an outfield of Jenks, Hall and Hart with Gwynn on the bench
  6. all i know is that if RF tonite it better be either Hart or TGJ! Hopefully Mench will not be in the lineup tonite. On a side note he's to hoping the eagles sign mench as a back up QB if only to piss off D. Mcnabb more!
  7. This is just speculation on my part but on another website i saw that The Twins would surrender a solid arm - maybe Jesse Crain, Juan Rincon, or Scott Baker - in return for a right-handed hitter. Would you guys send Mench and a low A prospect for any of the above? I would love to get RIncon or Crain. And Baker could be a stud..
  8. I have said that the Met's have the best lineup in the NL. But the brewer's are pretty darn close. It's sure nice to have a heart of a lineup that crushes the ball.
  9. Yes i would love to add Grienke to our team. I am not so sure that the Royals are ready to give up on him just yet. And if they are they are going to want a fair amount in return.
  10. WOW 23-10 I never thought i would see that in my life. What a treat we should really really be drinking this in. But with this young lineup could we be the next atl. braves. Pinch me!
  11. K Oh well there went his perfect ERA but still get that one out and it's over and i am still happy..
  12. You and ME too. I have class till 10 but then an internship all afternoon and being that it's my last week. I think i should go to that. But wow Brewer fever is even at the Assisted living home where i have my internship. I had a 103 year old lady ask me to tell her more about "those Brewers"
  13. This team is just fun to watch. I actually don't have that gut feeling like in years past that with every pitch the game could be over.
  14. i would say 80% of the time on a ball hit like that they always take third. I would rather them be aggressive and try and get that extra base then not.
  15. Love to see the leadoff batter walk. Lets go Brewers!
  16. But now in the third it looks like weaver with the bases loaded and no one out could be ready to implode. edit: or the y ankees get one on a sac fly double play!
  17. Hopefully we are still crushing the ball tonite. Hopefully the Keg is filled and Hopefully a brewer's win is on tap.
  18. Is this FSN's way of boosting tv raitings? Brewers baseball and Bikini's?
  19. crooked number innings are always good to see.
  20. Could we call it the "glass half full thread"?
  21. In earlier action the Royals upended the Angels and the Yankees and Rangers are tied at 3 in the 8th in a game that was made up from the rain out last night.

Shields (2-0, 3.75) * The one pitcher that stands out tonite for me is Giant's Starting Pitcher Matt Cain, I can't wait to watch that game tonite as i think he is going to be scary good for the next 15 years. *Cliff Lee makes his first start of the year off the DL for the hot Indians. *Matsuzaka's on the mound for the sox. *Pettitte's slated as the next yankee pitcher to have an injury and go on the DL.
