so sad. so so super sad.
-
tip of the cap to prince. we'll miss you boss. I want to keep watching you play baseball and enjoy it, so please don't play for the Cubs.
-
still not walking him, eh?
-
wow ryan. wow.
-
make them pay. you know you owe him, ryan.
-
has to be right now. give us one more ride crew.
-
When he threw them, he still left his offspeed pitches up. I think that pitch Freese clobbered was a changeup at the belt. That's not going to work.
-
Jonah Keri: "Brewers have played a horrifically awful game, but doesn't help when you've been jobbed at least 4 times by umps." that about sums it up.
-
i get what you're saying, but i think it's prettay prettay fair (larry david voice) to blame this one (and a good chunk of the series) on the pitching.
-
No need for that. probably not, youre right. i guess i'm slightly bitter. would have been a DP even if they made the right call on Braun's hit.
-
time to be salty. STAY DOWN PUJOLS
-
HE IS SO SAFE
-
just so weird to see braun chasing a pitch that low and that away from a lefty. he just doesn't do that. ever.
-
hard to do that when there's five innings left and you still have to worry about the pitcher's spot coming up in the lineup.
-
the derpiest defense that ever derped.
-
hey, at least we just set a record.
-
where does that miss?
-
pitches 6 and 8 were both ball 4. too bad corey couldn't take them after the ump decided to give salas a few inches off the corner.
-
hit the cutoff man. yuck.
-
there's only so many pitchers on the roster. I'm ok with letting Narveson try to get out of this against Punto. If he can't, someone should be ready. Next time Narveson lets someone on base he gets pulled.
-
that was an excellent at bat by freese. walk yadi, get to punto.
-
Time to see Narveson through the heart of the order. monster inning here.

doesn't the ball fly pretty good with the roof closed? It's not coors or anything, but definitely a hitter's park. I could be wrong on that though. RR's stated he hasn't noticed a difference with the roof and panels open/closed. RR's stated a lot of things that have proven to be false http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif. I could very well be wrong. Tonight it appears to be the pitchers (although Furcal's ball really carried considering how he swung)
-
Personally I'm hoping we get Jackson at least through the big boys one more time. Don't think LaRussa will let that happen though.
