I know Jeter has gotten a rep for being a bad fielder, but if you watched the Yankees this year he was extremely stable and made a ton of great plays. I think there were a few years where he got it completely based on where he plays and how good his offensive stats were, but this year I think he deserved it.

Seriously, we can not catch a break this season. Besides for pitching matchups, we can't get hits to fall, we can't get outs when we need them, we can't come up with the big defensive play when we need it. Rickie and Ryan both smoked balls up the middle that would have been hits. Rickie's was laced up the middle and unfortunatley the Reds were in double play depth, and Ryan's just missed going straight up the middle when it hit the pitchers mound and bounced up. I know the team wont make excuses but has our luck ran dry? I'm sick of watching us outplay teams and it not showing up in the right hand column.

Honestly, this might be the worst news in baseball since the whole steriod scandal began. Arod was suppose to be the clean player who broke the records with pure talent and hard work. This kills me especially since I am a big Alex Rodriguez fan and I love the way he plays the game. I dont care if people liked him or not he is the best player of this era besides maybe Bonds and Griffey and to now hear that he is accused to have taken steriods, it is a shot in the heart to many baseball fans across America.

I love Dales confidence to give the ball to a 22 year old stud over the wiley veteran Soup. Cant wait until wednesday, Go Crew!

I couldn't agree more, we just have to hope that the sports writers are not to stubborn to vote for a guy that was only in the NL for 130 innings or so.

I heard on kiss fm at about 730 something about a pep rally at 4:00 down at summerfest tomorrow. Anyone else hear anything about this?

Where can i hear Ueck's homerun call for Braun?

Just putting it out there, how about April 23, 2007 when the Crew pulled out a 5-4 win in 12 vs the Cubs. We rally back from 4-0, Prince hits 2 bombs and Jenkins makes a diving superman like catch to save the game in the 9th. To me, that was the best game I have ever seen.

If someone told us before the season that we'd be tied for the wild card going into the 162nd game we would all take it. (Just Kidding, just thought I would bring a little Dale into this convo) And by the way I am really really really nervously excited.

We saw Ned change up the lineup a little bit on Sunday, but how do you think Dale will align the lineup tonight? I see it as 1- Rickie Weeks 2- JJ Hardy 3- Prince Fielder 4- Ryan Braun 5- Mike Cameron 6- Mat Gamel (Just kidding hoping for it though) Corey Hart 7- Craig Counsell 8- Jason 9- CC

    1. Hunter Pencer- I can not stand this guy, something about him really just ticks me off. 2. Any Cub- Enough Said 3. Manny Ramirez- Never liked him, he needs a hair cut 4. Kevin Youkalis or how ever you spell it- Just dont like him 5. David Eckstein- Doesnt deserve to be on a MLB roster
