    Wow CC is far more than advertised. The man just goes out every 5th day and dominates, and acts like hes been there before because he has. As for the Cy young comments, i was thinking the same thing. I think its possible especially if the competetors like Volquez, Webb, and Haren fall off a little bit. Also I expect Ben to be lights out tomorrow. 7 innings 12 k's 0 bb's and 1 run (a Pujouls home run). I cant wait until tomorrow. Go Crew

    All Braun needs is an average of 8 homeruns in August and September not including another home run in July and he ties Dimaggio.

    I think billy will wear one tonight, also i couldnt stop laughing after hereing Prince after Bill's homerun and how funny his rant was (even with and Fbomb in there). Did anyone else see Prince beat the crap out of Bill after the game, it was priceless.

    I would only love this move if Yo was completley healthy and the team thought the risk is worth the reward of him pitching late innings in the playoffs.

    I would play both Rickie and Billy because both had good nights offensivley last night. Also i would have suppan tell the trainers his elbows feeling a little stiff and get Dave Bush in there to pitch.

    I am completley surprised, Monty way to dig that out. I for one had been giving Cam a little flak but nothing major. The more i see from him though, the more i like. The guy is dynamite when anything is hit to either side of him, but he does have a little trouble with the ball hit directly towards him. He is starting to heat up as well as Rickie Weeks, and Prince. Watch out if the Crew get 3 or 4 people hot at the same time, since we have yet to see this team with more than one hot player at a time. During May it was Braun who carried us, then JJ at the end of June and start of July, and Prince a few homestands ago. Once Rickie starts to click the whole offense will start producing because it starts from the top and the more he gets on, the more we score.

    Hopefully Manny will come out sharp tomorrow and hit his spots. When he does, he is untouchable at times.

    How do you guys think Rickie Weeks will fare the rest of the season. Just give an Over/Under .260 Batting average 21 home runs .370 OBP 111 runs 25 stolen bases I think Under-Just below .260 batting average around .255 Over- I think Rickie will show some real power in the second half and end up around 23 Over- Once he starts hitting i think those walks will go up Over- Again the more he gets on base the more he scores Over- The more hes on base the more he will get opportunities for stolen bases All in all I think Rickie will have a real solid second half and carry this Brewers offense.

    Personally I think what we saw in 2006 when he batted .280 and wasnt hitting for as much power (I believe he had 8 homeruns through 95 games) is what he can do all the time. But he has to trust his hands because they are so quick and he has so much untapped power. It seemed like in that year, the year he was originally moved to leadoff, he really focused on contact and was hitting the ball to all fields. I'd like to see him kind of go back to this straigtegy because he has the power to make up for just trying to hit for contact. Also i believe Rickie had one cold streak before the wrist injury that plummeted his average to .280 because i think he was around .300 for most of the year. I dont think it matters where Rickie bats because when the guy is hot, he mashes with the best of him. But i would like to see what he can do in a run producing role.

    Rickie is going to comeback swinging. I think were gonna see the September Rickie of last year for the next few months. He is going to set the table for this team and were gonna take off and finsih the allstar break about 4 to 3 1/2 games back of the Cubs.

    Hank is such an idiot. Who died and gave him the microphone, he is nothing but a fat shadow of his dad who did nothing to earn anyones respect and their tolerance of his comments. I personally like the Yankees and can not stand the Red Sox but every time Hank speaks the Red Sox look better and better in my book.

    I dont know if anyone has posted this yet. But if Hardy is hurt send him to the DL, im getting really sick of seeing Counsell everyday along with Billy Hall. On top of not hitting they are just a bad double play combo. Any chance we see Escobar for 15 days?
