  1. Here is I found: www.wawmrec.com/documents/fallsoftballmemo2012.doc We have until August 6th to get a full team together.
  2. I was told that I was at a '84 Ratt/Motley Crue show while in my mother's womb. But, the first show that I remember was '96 KISS reunion at the Bradley Center.
  3. Whatever our maximum is, I say give it to him at the end of this year. I want our '2 aces' in Greinke and Gallardo locked up for at least the next 3 years. I'm 100% ok with letting Marcum walk, along with Wolf. That leaves Estrada, Fiers, Thornburg, Peralta, Narveson, possibly bring in a low-level FA to grab the 3-4-5 spots for 2013. I'm very happy with that as long as our bullpen is doesn't blow again. K-Rod will be gone, giving Axford the closer role again. Loe and Veras should be gone, keep Hernandez and Parra in long relief. As far as SS goes, I believe we have another year of Alex Gonzalez. So trading to get a future SS right now is not necessary, unless we're able to get a talent like Profar but I don't see that happening.
  4. Ziggler is turning into one of my favorites. Great persona, although I wish he would ditch Vicky. Plus, this guy really knows how to take a fall. Did anyone see him on Sunday, that spot with Tensei? He landed perfectly on that announcer chair.
  5. I have about 70 songs in mine, mostly rock. Some good ones that get me pumped are: Right Now - Van Halen Song 2 - Blur Intergalactic - Beastie Boys Monkey Wrench - Foo Fighters Feed The Machine - Red Get Up! - Korn This Means War - Nickelback Runaway - Hail The Villain This Fire - Killswitch Engage Remember The Name - Fort Minor I'm also a big fan of Skrillex. I have about 8 of his tracks in my list, along with a few other dubstep tracks. If you're into that sort of thing, dubstep will get you pumped up.
  6. I feel bad for Club Carnival and White House who now have to take a bye week. The rec should compensate those teams somehow, but they won't because we're just a social league.
  7. I agree. If they don't give up Profar, then I say discussion over.

    Stats!

You can post mine on here too.
  9. How? They don't have anything in order to move up that high. Besides their current 14th pick, Mbah a Moute is probably the only other movable guy we have. That's not enough to get in the top 10. I have to say, I haven't been excited for a draft like this in a few years.
  10. I've swear by my Thorlo Experia socks. Never had a problem before I got these shoes. It sucks because I really like these shoes compared to what I've had in the past.
  11. Ran my first half-marathon last Saturday. I love my Reebok Zigtech shoes, but it looks like I have to retire them. They have given me minor heal blisters before, but this one is about as wide as one of those extra large band-aids. So, I'll be wearing saddles all week to work and will be purchasing another $100 pair of shoes. I was suppose to do 2 runs on 4th of July but don't think I'll be healed by then.
  12. I can't see much of a turnaround this year. I think he does get to about .210 by year's end but something just ain't right with him. I noticed last night that he was wearing some kind of protective hand cast while he was on base. And I have read that he has been dealing with a wrist/hand problem all year. He has been brutal this year. Yesterday, I almost threw my remote through our TV after that game-ending play.
  13. Damn I forgot about the 6:30 games. Guess I'm coming in right from work in Racine.
  14. All of us don't mind the obscenities once in awhile. When that person does it numerous times, then it becomes annoying and absurd. Especially when there are kids around with "way to sensitive" ears. There is always going to be a few loudmouths at MP, but you need to show respect for the people around you trying to enjoy the game.
  15. Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley Record: 28-0 Knockouts: 12 Age: 28 Height: 5-foot-6 Reach: 69 inches Birthplace: Cathedral City, California Past titles: WBC light welterweight, WBC Youth World Light Welterweight Current titles: WBO light welterweight Manny Pacquiao Record: 54-3-2 Knockouts: 38 Age: 33 Height: 5-foot-6 1/2 Reach: 66 1/2 inches Birthplace: Kibawe, Bukidnon Province, Philippines Past titles: WBC Light Middleweight, WBC Lightweight, IBF Super Bantamweight, WBC Super Featherweight , IBF Super Bantamweight Champion, WBC Flyweight Current titles: WBO welterweight (on the line) I'm not much of a boxing fan, but this looks like it will be an exciting fight. Bradley might get knocked out or he could get lucky and catch Pacquiao. I've looked at previous Pacquiao opponents before and all of them have been 'just another fighter' but this Bradley kid in his prime intrigues me. I can bet no one trains harder than Pacquiao and Bradley hasn't fought anyone close to the caliber of a Pacquiao. I don't know what it is but I can't overlook Bradley still hoping for that Mayweather fight like everyone else.
  16. Over 1 1/2 years since I started running now, I've tallied 450+ miles in 70+ hours. My longest run so far has been from my house to Miller Park and back (9 1/2 miles). I'm doing my first half-marathon of three I have planned this summer on June 23rd, Summerfest Rock N' Sole Run. Anyone else doing the Summerfest run? It was horribly put together last year, but they have new directors that actually know what they're doing this year. They put together the Madison Mini and are also doing the inaugural Brewers Mini this year. An awesome recovery drink I use is chocolate milk. It has all the essential carbs and protein your body needs for recovery. Vitamin A & D, calcium and aids in bone strength along with building muscle. Yea, I stoled all that from an ad but all the facts are there. Plus it's cheaper than most recovery drinks.
  17. Come on Rad, I thought you were juicin' the way you were hitting on Thursday. lol
  18. I'm in. Looks like most of the heavy rain is staying south of us, so we should be in the clear by gametime.
