  3. Fielder 37 and Weeks 25
  4. John Schneider does not have an out clause if the Packers job opens. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/17166578/seattle-seahawks-gm-john-schneider-says-contract-does-not-contain-clause-which-allow-leave-green-bay
  5. Santa brought my family Globetrotters tickets for Saturday evening. What options are there to park other than the structure across from The Bradley Center? Is there free street parking on the 31st? Is it considered a holiday?
  6. A few years ago I believe the cost of sponsorship was $100,000 for a bobble game. That price was negotiable a few years ago as the Brewers didn't have enough sponsors to cover their promotion schedule. I understand the sponsors wanting their day on the more popular attendance games. More people, more bang for your buck. I have no idea how much bobbles cost to be manufactured, especially 45,000 of them.
  7. What do you mean by "select games through three different groups"? I'm just curious. We switched from the fan's choice a while ago, so I haven't followed how it works since. Each game is coded in one of 3 categories. The first with a maximum of 3 games are opening day and select Cubs games. The second group is a maximum of 12 games which most if not all are weekend games in the summer months and the other Cubs games. The last group is all the remaining games which is a minimum of 5 games picked. It's hard enough for me the schedule 20 games I want to go to now without the restrictions. As each day goes by I'm less excited about renewing my tickets.
  8. I'm really struggling if I want to get the 20 pack of the fans choice package. My tickets went up $2 per seat for a team with the lowest payroll in baseball. Plus, the choice package has been changed where I have to select games through 3 different groups. Part of me wants to just say screw it and not get the tickets this year.
  9. In one of the previous surveys they want to rend toward making the bobblehead days not all fan give away days. I believe some if not all of the bobbles will be the 1st 20,000 days.
  10. The SSH bobble is going to be Paul Molitor.
  11. I believe that is Taylor Jungmann. Usually there is the uniform number underneath the bill.
  12. I would rather see dollar values to tickets sold than sheer number of ticket "sold"
  13. Why do people in Milwaukee have to stop in the middle of the road to either pick someone up or drop them off when there is perfectly good parking right next to the curb.
  14. There was an interview last week that I heard on my way home from work with Dillard finding a team this year. He had said that he had business cards made up with his name and phone number and would hand them out to teams at the winter meetings. Dillard was asked if he had to brush up on who the teams reps were. He said he knew a few of them but pretty much gave anyone that had a team insignia polo shirt a business card. He tried really hard to get with Yost and the Royals. He belieVes the brewers called him because of the familiarity with him.
  15. Great plate discipline? GREAT???? 68 strikeouts in 184 at bats is great?
  16. I don't think it would have had that great of an effect. The Mariners came in as an expansion team for the 1977 season. That team planning would have had to been in the works for several years before. It was/is a viable city with the Pilots having owners that didn't have deep enough pockets.
  17. How about when you are driving in the right lane where the person is going exactly 70 on the freeway. Then when you go to the left to pass they speed up to 75 or 76. I don't want to go more than 75 or 76, but these people only drive faster when someone is near them.
  18. Slower traffic keep right. It's pretty self explanatory.
  19. Through the last couple of weeks... Matt Stairs OMLB Jesse Levis OMLB Larry Anderson OMLB Jerry Bell OMLB Chris George OMLB Jayson Durocher OMLB Greg Hansell OMLB Bobby Hughes OMLB Dion James OMLB Mike Dejean OMLB Mike Maloney OMLB
  20. Good. For the sake of their long term relationship, and for his kids, that's a good thing. Maybe, Prince only reconciled with his dad after his wife cheated on him.
  21. I've just taken the Brewers Season Ticket Holder Survey. It looks like the Brewers are strongly considering going away from so many bobbleheads per year to different types of giveaways like the Uecker alarm clock. Also, it looks like the Brewers want to limit all the giveaways to the first 25,000 fans.
  22. http://scpauctions.com/ Rollie Fingers had many of his items auction off a year or so ago. I don't know why the Brewers wouldn't want to buy this stuff back.
  23. I knew the Brewers did it once but couldn't remember who did it much less the pitcher involved or which position he played. You obviously have a better memory than I do. I did remember they gave the player of the game award to the manager though. Probably Brooks Kieschnick.
