  1. I can't believe you waited a year. I wouldn't have waited more than a week and went somewhere else. Go to the police
  2. Don't put them in sleeves. Some players especially older players wii sign the card holder itself instead. I'm not saying they do it on purpose but it has been known to happen
  3. It was something like 7 days that the Brewers didn't have a lead at anytime. It was like a Tuesday to a Tuesday.
  4. If your going to Waukesha sports cards they will have some for $5
  5. Sealed plastic bottle
  6. I didn't post earlier, because I'm not a fan of the generic Big Sticks. I prefer game used bats, and then maybe a store model bat that has the name engraved on. The size of the bat doesn't matter as long as its close to a regular sized bat(no minis). If you get black you'll want a fine Deco paint pen in silver or gold depending on the color of the stamping on the bat. If a blonde bat, you'll want a black fine Deco.
  7. Where is the fry bar?
  8. Make it 12, his Atlanta Braves number.
  9. Is your pennant regular size? mini? pin holes? Is your full color like this or blue and white? Do you have tassels? Were there suppose to be any? do you have them all? Here is a quote from Dave Bushing who is a leading authenticator of game used, "There are so many variations of both official (sold in the park) and bootleg ( outside private vendors selling outside the mainstream and usually with less intricate artwork to the point of being rather crude in some cases which also makes them some of the rarest of the rare) pennants, especially for teams such as the Milwaukee Braves, Cubs, White Sox and Red Sox to the point that even long time collectors still see unknown varieties from time to time and no collection is ever truly complete because nobody really knows what complete is." Too many variables without seeing the actual pennant itself. Here is one that sold for $50 better looking than the one you pictured. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Milwaukee-Braves-baseball-pennant-/251278765649?pt=Vintage_Sports_Memorabilia&hash=item3a8161ae51&nma=true&si=e4zE0SWHhS3GuffDjBS4MfDMPmw%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
  10. My grandmother-in-law lives in Binghamton which is 45 minutes away. My expectations were so high my first time that I thought it was going to be much greater than it was. I've been there a few times since, and I like going into the shops just to look at all the memorabilia. They are like mini museums. The Milwaukee to New York trip is nice if you like to stop at all the Hall of Fames. The Rock and Roll in Cleveland is great, but I would recommend doing it backwards. Start at the top and work your way down. There is so much to see on the first level that you think you'll never get through it. Canton is 90 minutes or so off the freeway(if I recall correctly). Nice, similar to the Baseball HOF. I have not been to the College Football HOF which is minutes off the freeway. Would like to go sometime.
  11. Bring an umbrella. No roof there.
  12. I may be in the minority, but I believe the Brewers should draft pitching, pitching, and more pitching. Hitters can be picked up in free agency easily and many times below going rate. Having quality pitching in the minors allows a team to trade for hitters.
  13. Its Stan Kyles fault.
  14. Did you get a bobblehead voucher? I'm curious if they sold 1000 tickets yet. Yes.
  15. I ordered my Stitch tickets last week and received them today in the mail.
  16. The signed photo looks like 2 sloppy ovals with the number 27.
  17. Waukesha Sports Cards is having a signing with Gomez.
  18. I had a 30 second conversation with Yuni on Monday at a signing and he spoke English very well. For that instance it didn't dawn on me that he spoke Spanish until he said something to one of his posse.
  19. FWIW I'm not a smoke. I wouldn't talk to the neighbor. The neighbor has the problem and should come to you. He was just a coward about it and went to the landlord.(Does he rent also? Have the same landlord?) This guy sounds like he'll complain about anything you do that inconviences him in the slightest bit. For those that said they would smoke more, Thats Absurd. I'd probably get an incense stick for the front porch though. If the neighbor would have come to me with his concerns I would absolutely understand and try to curb those issues. How long have you lived next to this neighbor?
  20. Sounds like 1 version of the Hart bobble from the Brewers press release http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20130426&content_id=45863682&vkey=pr_mil&c_id=mil
  21. He's at the Gonzaga Hall show eery month. Sometimes selling as a dealer, and others buying from the auction.
  22. Have you seen his auto? I think you will be disappointed. He is the one player I almost drew the line of not getting.
  23. Gallardo scheduled to pitch Thursday, so hopefully he'll be there Saturday.
