  1. Segura is cheep and Arcia is two years away. I would worry more about 1B.
  2. Nobody knows anything?
  3. 1. Coulter 2. Arcia 3. Taylor 4. Cravy 5. Denson 6. Wagner 7. Lopez 8. Jungman 9. T Williams 10 D Williams 11 Segovia 12 Lara 13 Delmonico 14 Zarraga 15 Harrison 16 Medeiros 17 Reed 18 Matos 19 B Diaz 20 Goforth 21 Demuth 22 Gagnon 23 Bradley 24 Gatewood 25 H Johnson
  4. Anybody know what has happened to D'Vo? Is he hurt? I hope he is still living the dream of becoming a mlb cf. He has so much potential.
  5. 31 and 29 are really not that old for mlb pitchers.
  6. Maybe the Twins closer (name?). He has about a 4/15 contract and is like 31 or 32. Trade for him and not sign KRod next year?
  7. Are we there yet?
  8. How about Catcher? If it takes four years instead of three, that is ok. Maybe he can play a little 1B or RF to keep his bat in the game with Lucroy.
  9. I would give Maldonado, Estrada, and Jungmann for just Grandal. We then have two quality catchers, one that hit left handed, and a replacement for Overbay.
  10. In the playoffs, I think we would be better with Hamel. During the year, it seems like a wash. My concern would be if Nelson turns out to be anything like Wainright/Hamel/etc
  11. Maybe they would be interested in Estrada?
  12. Total of approximately 101 million. Room to add a reliever or 1B. Starting Pitching 22.5 Hamel 11.0 Lohse 12.5 Garza 0.8 Peralta 1.5 W Smith Relief Pitchers 0.8 Henderson 0.8 Thornberg 1.0 Duke 1.0 Jeffress 1.0 Kintzler 0.5 Wooten 1.0 Another Leftie Starters 3.1 C Lucroy 2.1 1B Reynolds 0.5 2B Gennett 14.0 3B Ramirez 2.0 SS Segura new contract 5/20 mill 0.5 LF Davis 8.0 CF Gomez 13.0 RF Braun Bench 0.5 C Zarraga 1.2 C Maldonado 0.5 1B Morris 0.5 SS Bianchi 0.5 OF Schafer
  13. 5 for 13 with two doubles and a triple since the 11th. I think we have a winner. .402 overall average.
  14. Looks like Nelson is off the list.
  15. Joantgel was 2 for 5 in his last two game with 2 BB and two runs. Overall .404 BA as of 7/11.
  16. No youtube video, but he went 1 for 4 with another walk. I will take a .400 OBP on a bad day any day.
  17. Final results look to be the same because of limited MLB chances.
  18. Joantgel Segovia on 7/8 1 for 4 with a BB. Going to You tube to se if I can find video.
  19. Another inning, 0 runs 2 strike outs
  20. Just bring up Fiers for Estrada's next start. When Nelson is ready, one of Estrada or Fiers can go.
  21. Getting Henderson and Thronberg along with Jeffress coming up and pitching 98 mph w/o walking anyone and winning the Rolaid Reliever of the Year would be better than trading prospects for rent a pitcher.
  22. Getting Henderson and Thornberg without a trade would be even better.
