    Does anyone have a monthly update on the guy. Is there even a slim chance we have him back at the end of the regular season?

    Man, I love the way Rickie plays. Absolutely reckless. I hope he is in the midst of becoming the hitter we need him to be and reclaims the leadoff man spot. Corey Hart would fit nicely behing Fielder.

    In terms of "buying low", I'd sure hope Doug is inquiring about what it would take to get this guy. Weeks straight up? Some combination of TGJ, ZJ, Escobar, Parra? Thoughts?

    I think, if he's leading off, he's a 30/30 guy with a chance to once or twice in his career be a 40/40 guy. And hitting around or over .300 regularly too. Yes, it would be hard to get anything close to value for Corey in my opinion.

    Vargas looking pretty good today. And you know other teams are taking notice of the Gallardo call-up...

    Is Jason Heyward a reach? He seems like someone that would be really nice to project as a corner outfielder for us...

    Yeah, our bullpen is really pretty good right now. Maybe top five in the majors. I see no reason to bring in Mesa. I do think if we trade someone like Mench, that we could add a reliever that might be of help to our bullpen. But other than that, I have no problem being status quo with our bullpen at this point (other than Gallardo and however he'd fit into the pitching staff).

    What's his story and how old is he? Pretty nice numbers in AAA at this point for somebody I've never heard of...

    You can kind of tell that Braun struggles at those long throws. I've seen several examples of somewhat poor throws so far, but Prince is so good defensively that he makes the throws look much better.

    Are there any people that are sons of former big leaguers that might be drafted somewhat high this year? Or brothers?
