    Be careful with weighted classes, like someone alluded to before, if you have a 4.0 with weighted classes, the admissions will knock down your GPA to take away the weighting. This happened to my GF at the time when she graduated. She had a 3.6 with weighted classes. The UW only would credit her with a 3.3. Luckily she had a 27 on her ACT and got in. Me with my 3.3 and 29 ACT didnt. Sucks being a male from Madison, but that is a whole other issue.

    in regards to Masters, do not try for it until you are working in your field. Mainly for two reasons, one being that your employer may pay for it and two getting your Masters with out practical work experience will over and under qualify you jobs. You will over educated for entry level positions and under qualified experience wise for the position that the Masters would place you in.

    the point is that you are showing the other team up that way. Any play like this that starts a yelling match or heated argument is considered bush. You are purposely making an error to take advantage. Again it has nothing to do with hustling. Its not like its a grounder or play that the defender may or may not be able to make, you are letting a ball just drop in front of you. To me this is on par with taking a walk up 15 in the 7th or stretching a single into a double in the same situation. Yes it is legal but you will be labeled a jag by everyone you play. Seeing that you are about the same age as me, I am shocked that you would still play this way. Its rec league not game 7 of the World series. I would expect this from a younger person.

    Tsack, he is letting the ball drop so he can double off the guy on first who is forced to stay put, that is Bush. I am never going to accused of hustling all the time, but I can almost guarantee that most of us that play arent going to bust out down the line on a pop out to the short stop or second basemen. Now one that requires the fielder to run out into the the outfield to get it is a different story, but the play being talked about is a infield fly that is short enough to fall in front of a SS.

    While I will acknowledge that Tim loves his son and wants the best for him is commendable. With that said, his dad is bat crap crazy. There are dozens of quotes from him that make you laugh, stuff like running up and down the side lines cheering(which he does), checking Rivals to see if a school offered his son(All schools send out formal offer letters, and at the least make a verbal offer), telling Kansas that they would only consider schools that offer and that since Kansas was still showing interest(calling) then they must have offered even though they had not verbally or sent a written one.

    It has to do with trade mark rules. You have to protect your trade mark in all instances or risk losing it. It is the same reason the UW goes after schools that use the motion W. Now all the MLB would need to do is give permission. UW tends to give permission to use the logo as long as that school doesn't profit off the use of the logo.

    Last night is the main problem with Bush, he goes out there and stinks up the joint for most of his appearances. When his job is truly on the line he goes out there and spins a pretty good game. He does just enough not to get fired.

    Also figure out what type of field you want to go into. A BA may be worthless to you. For example I do design, CAD, and estimating for a HVAC company and only have a 2 yr AS in design. I do have a BA from Whitewater that is pretty much worthless for me. Like others have said, unless it is a job specific degree most jobs look to see that you have some sort of degree rather then what it is in. An even larger factor is what knowledge and experience you have in said field. For example lets say you want to go into finance, work at a bank while going to school. The relevant exp. there will help you get a job. For me I worked as a carpenter and foremen for 8 years. Even though it has nothing to do with HVAC it still is construction and I am use familiar with how it works.

    I would recommend the JUCO route in order to get your prereqs out of the way. All of the tech schools in Wisconsin (MATC, Blackhawk etc.) have on ramp programs that guarantee you entrance into a 4 year school when you graduate after 2 years. Not only is this an easier path but it also is a lot cheaper.

    nothing worse then the people that have no idea how a round a bout works. Here by work there is one and its a 4 way intersection(By South Side Wall Mart for Madison people) and I have to enter and go around to get home. At least once a week while I am going around someone pulls into the round a bout in front of me either almost t boning me or taking off the front of my car. Like clock work they flip me off or give me the dirty look even though there are huge Yield Signs. My random thought, what ever rules we learned as children ie driving, treatment of other etc. start to erode over time to fit our own feelings and wants, and that is sad.

    Bringing up Davis is the inverse to bringing up Sexson in regards to trades. Davis was a 5ip 100 pitch guy that walked a ton when he was traded, and performed as such for Arizona for a couple years. It was not until his few starts this year that he has shown the promise that we all thought he had.

    Well Dillards spot has already been filled in AAA, so either someone is going on the DL(most likely Gagne) or DFA'd or someone is getting sent down and another AAA player is going to be released, DL'd or sent down.

    There was already a female goalie for the Lightning, I know the name but have no idea how to spell it. She played in a few preseason games. Basketball- No way Football- No way Baseball - Maybe as a junk baller pitcher.

    Use the number he gave you to figure out what city he lives in. File a report with the police department. More then likely if you are the only one they arent going to waste much effort for $67. Since you have a report now you could file a claim in small claims. To be honest though, the hassle and $$ will not really make it worth it. Chalk it up to life experience if you dont get any response from him. From now one pay through Pay Pal, they have some coverage through that. Another piece of advice, if you still have the receipt for the Money Order, see if you can get it canceled, more then likely it was cashed but you may get lucky.

    I can honestly say that I had no idea that this show was still going on or that they were even at this point. I may be one of the 1% that has never seen this show.

    I am 6' 255 and I can still do the splits while playing first and stretching for a ball, which could be due to my/his weight falling prey to gravity. As someone who is not skinny I can say that he does look much bigger, especially in the butt and thighs.

    Speed and hitting ability is like height in basketball, you just can't teach it. I have no problem with getting the best hitter and teaching him defense. It is alot easier to learn to track a fly ball then it is to teach a guy to hit a slider 400'.

    I am about 40% way through. The story isn't as compelling as San Andreas. It pretty much repeats it self. Yes we know you are an immigrant and yes all you want is money. On the bright side, I am a hit with the ladies, 2 internet dates and Michelle. All three have turned into shots of the side of the building.

    If they could get the better Lopez twin(Brook) I wouldnt be upset. He would be a nice PF along side Bogut that would bring an element of rebounding and defense which this team needs desperately.
