  1. That's a 75 win team right there.
  2. Didn't realize he's already 34.
  3. I would have given up Segura or if they wanted Arcia plus a pitcher
  4. That's a lot of bad. I want no part of 7 years 200m for lester.
  5. I read he has a no trade clause and can op out at 30. Sweet deal for him
  6. One night has to be Journey
  7. I'd take a flyer on Yonder Alonso.
  8. Tulo away from Coors is just a very good SS, in Coors he's a HF SS. Can't see the Mets giving up the farm for him to play maybe 100 games a season
  9. 670 out of Chicago. Our sports guys are just horrible
  10. I think they flip Broxton for a salary dump. Saves us like 9 mil and use it for a couple of bench players and a reliever
  11. just play 174 games and play everybody 6 time. 3 home and 3 away
  12. Not after how it ended here. There's no way he'd come back
  13. Only 1 club to watch Chelsea, best manager and best club
  14. Now 4-1 with a 1.98 era since the all star break. His 1 loss he went 7 and gave up 2 runs.
  15. I got sec 122 tickets for the brewers/marlins on 9/11 for $30 a piece . Great deal
  16. Could he be turning the corner? Last 5 starts since the all star break 5G 3W 0L 29SO 13BB 2.25 era and a 1.11 whip and a .188 bavg Would love to see him up in Sept for a couple of starts to see what he can do and then go the Nelson route with him next year. Let him repeat AAA and be the first guy up.
  17. I think I read that they used 36 different pitchers so far this season. MLB record is 37. No team is that deep.
  18. I'm really optimist about our chances in the playoffs. We've been beating aces all year, I think we could go really deep this year
  19. I've been an Everton supporter for the past 5-6 years. I started out a Chelsea fan but when I thought about it more I didn't really want to be a fan of the Big 4 because I like rooting for an underdog. I also didn't want to root for a team that was always on the bottom and had the chance of getting relegated because then there would be no way for me to follow them, so I settled on Everton as well about a year ago. I started following Chelsea when they were just starting to break into the top 4, couldn't imagine switching teams
  20. 1 back to 152. 2 either add 2 teams so no interleague or get rid of 2 teams 3 pay minor leaguers a bit more. say like 30k,50k and 75k for A,AA and AAA 4 WS would be 3 games at home and 3 games away with 1 day inbetween for travel
  21. scratch that idea. Left the game with another elbow issue
  22. Cespedes will bring the Red Sox a much-needed outfield bat, though he’s only under team control through the 2015 season due to a clause in his contract that allows him to forego arbitration and hit the free agent market after his initial four-year term. He’s slated to earn $10.5MM next season — the same sum that he is owed in 2014. John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle tweets that Cespedes recently voiced a disinterest in playing center field with the A’s, but he did so through a teammate rather than by approaching manager Bob Melvin directly, which likely didn’t sit well with the team
  23. So I'm guessing they asked for Davis and our pick.
  24. only competitive balance picks can be traded
  25. How much longer was Cespedes under control for?
