    Well if Leonard Little can get another chance after killing someone while driving drunk, I think Vick should get a second chance.

    I got two cd's at Best Buy last week. Common's "Finding Forever" and Colin Hay's "Going Somewhere."

    Baseball Between the Numbers, by the Baseball Prospectus staff, was a good read. Its just a collection of interesting essays on how many of our preconceived notions about stats are off.

    I don't know whether or not I should feel dejected and just turn this game off. Or excited because for once we don't have an early inning lead we can squander.

    Thats funny, I've always used the exact opposite strategy. I trade all of my picks for star players, so that an average draft for me consists of maybe one or two picks in the late rounds.

    I really want this game tonight. I think its important for the emotional health of this forum.

    Ryan Braun is, in my opinion, quite good at baseball.

    I don't like looking at our starting lineup and being able to assume that we'll get nothing out of our 5-9 hitters. I just hope they prove me wrong.

    I was very excited to see him tie the record. I don't think it will matter much though, because unless A-Rod has a serious injury over the next few years I think he'll set the record.

    Hopefully that comeback win last night demoralized the Phillies a bit, allowing us to roll to an easy victory this aft.

    I don't really see this being an issue. Rickie's always come off as a very humble, thoughtful guy so I'm sure he'll take this in stride. He would be kidding himself if he thought he couldn't use some time in AAA.

    This is getting ridiculous. Whats next? Is next year's version of (Kevin Durant) going to refuse to play for the team who drafted him unless they trade him to the (Suns/Spurs)? This seems like a dangerous precident to set.

    We're getting Dish Network installed today and i noticed that they only carry FSN North. Now will Brewers games get bumped by Twins games or is it just an HD issue where only Twins games are in HD?

    I'd probably be in favor of allowing others to post in the treads. It would allow for some sort of Q and A about the prospect.
