  1. Which part? In the 8th inning, Ramirez pretty clearly went around on strike 3 that would have ended the inning...but the first base ump said he checked. Next pitch he hits a 2 run double. Now in the 9th. Maldonado didn't appear to be HBP, but was awarded 1b. Pretty obviously missed him. Gibson came out and argued but went back to the dugout and Maldy stayed at first. Then Herrera stole 3b. He was clearly safe but his foot came off the base and it was close at that point. Gibson, even though out of challenges, comes out to argue and gets them to review it. This takes 4-5 minutes and the call stands - this one was pretty close. Personally, I think he was out. But it wasn't overly clear and the call stood. Would have been the third out of the inning. Gibson comes back out and immediately gets ejected. Gennett follows with a RBI single and Braun tacks on a 2 run double. So basically, two calls went in our favor - the Ramirez one was especially bad IMO. So we could have had zero runs in both innings and wound up with 6. That assumes the following hitters wouldn't have lead off with hits.
  2. Are you sure 58 news doesn't still?
  3. Yes, that's totally what I was saying. And then let's fire all of our coaches, flip the starting rotation and use Nashville's current rotation, and then call into 670 The Score.
  4. Yes let's trade Braun because he entered a slump. While we're at it let's call Yuni B and have him play right field.
  5. What a joke. How many warning track shots can we have?
  6. Brewers trying to clench defeat in the jaws of victory.
  7. Are we playing the Cardinals or Twins? Can something go right?
  8. Glad Reynolds ran home tonight instead of holding at third like last night.
  9. I thought he looked like he was only at 3rd base when the LF got the ball. If he was, he would've been dead meat. I could be wrong. He could have paused with the ball being hit in front of him. I didn't see where Reynolds was, but the ball wasn't drilled all that hard.
  10. Wish they would've sent Reynolds with the pitcher up. Thought it looked like he could have scored.
  11. Not sure why you stop at the Bucks... One of the best examples of a bad luck banged up team. Sanders gets in a fight at Apt 720, then gets socked in the eye after returning from injury... Delfino didn't play a single game, Wolters breaks his hand, Ilyasova was out pretty much the whole year, etc.
  12. Probably a stupid decision for the steal, but hey, it gave us a run. Also wondering if they're trying to limit Braun or something.
  13. Batters would stall, or pitchers would step off, talk to the catcher, etc.
  14. It says Lucroy grounded into a DP and then I'm not sure. Awesome website! Gomez must have scored on the DP and then Overbay must've struck out or something. I donno, Overbay is our cleanup hitter? God help us... He grounded out on a nice play but hey, narrative.
  15. Complaining about Gomez is getting really old when he's been the team's most consistent hitter.
  16. Does every local feed have extremely poor live camera panning like FS Wisconsin? The last groundout Segura fielded looked like it was going into the outfield.
