Lack of exposure to Andy Haines on a daily basis. -
How many pitchers do they have?! I thought we were on the last one.
-
I guess Chad Sobotka can take Rasmussen's spot, since the other eight options are all hurt. Rasmussen and Hiura will be giving Nashville fans a decent draw.
-
This is looking bad now. Maile and Feliciano to start next inning.
-
Shaw: takes four high fastballs. JBJ: first pitch, hack at that high fastball.
-
Our lineup against a guy getting DFA'd sometime between tomorrow and Wednesday. And here I thought AAA season wasn't starting until Monday.
-
He might be hurt actually. I don't even remember anymore. Yep. Corey Ray and Chad Sobotka are literally the only two on the roster who could be called up. Everyone else is hurt.
-
Rasmussen likely to be the choice I think. Zimmerman an option as well if he's not starting tomorrow, though he would probably be behind all the position players except Hiura on my list.
-
This about sums it up. Two runs against the bottom of a depleted bullpen is sorry, but here we are optimistic that Jace Peterson could be back in a couple days to give the lineup a boost...
-
10 pitches and what seemed like two minutes on the mound. And matchups said to give Williams that inning and Suter the 8th. I don't get it.
-
Way to ease my doubts!
-
I hate the Suter/Mookie matchup. Would have had Devin take the first three here and saved Suter until after that where they have all the LHBs.
-
Do you go Devin in the 7th to face Barnes and Betts, then Suter 8th/9th?
-
That's where most pitchers lose the game. It's fun to watch an ace pitch.
-
And Boxberger has gone three in a row. It'll be down to Suter and Williams in a close game.
-
And he's playing over Hiura since he at least makes contact. Just sums up our dire first base situation. I guess they'll have McKinney there if Cain or Yelich ever return.
-
I'd claim him, but not worth trading a prospect to get.
-
I hope that's not an upcoming TJ, but that's a typical prelude to it.
-
111.5, not bad.
-
So Ray and Sobotka are now the only 40-man players in the minors (other than File, who is injured). Oof.
-
No Hiura again. Benched for Vogelbach, ouch. Seems he's destined to put on a Nashville Sounds uniorm next week, if someone is finally healthy enough to come off the IL.
-
Should there be a Chris Hook appreciation thread? This staff has been dominant.
-
As a member of the offseason 'trade Hader for value now' camp, I'm sure glad we had him this month.
-
That would be better. Or they can just remove that half of the graphic since I don't need to know the latest hockey scores.
