  1. It’d be great if they included some local shops in there.
  2. MadBum is a fool if he moves on a to a team with a ballpark like Milwaukee. It won't end well. His park covers up a lot of his decline already.
  3. Good bounce back win!
  4. Now I am getting nervous. This is the opposite type of move that we should be doing.
  5. Agreed. It was an awesome movie.
  6. This makes me so angry it's sickening. And obviously not at you, at the corrupt system that allows this type of thing to happen. It is simply gross.
  7. It’s very tempting, but it’s gotta be Peralta/Nottingham+ IMO. Otherwise the gain there isn’t worth it. With the dodgers, Astros, Red Sox, and others in, the price will likely get too high If you were the Marlins would you really take Peralta and Nottingham as the headliners in a trade for one of the best catchers in the game? I would not. All depends on what the other offers are. In two years he is gone. They’d be wise to get what they can for him now.
  8. Damn. Well, it makes sense that they’d want Hiura as he’s a great prospect.
  9. Coan completed 16-of-24 passes for 160 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in only his third ever start. I had my brother say the same thing about the coaching/QB situation but it is way too early to write off Coan who will now keep his redshirt year. There is absolutely no reason Hornibrook ever starts again (other than the bowl game) if we have an emerging Coan and hopefully a stud in Mertz in waiting.
  10. A perfect example of how dumb some of these contracts get when these guys get into their 30's. Cain is enough of a gamble for me already. Pass.
  11. I think someone took the trading Rodgers thing a bit too seriously. I don't think anyone believes for a second that it would or will happen, or even that it should. Just an interesting idea with Oakland holding so many draft picks in 2019 and 2020. Don't make it more than it is.
  12. Yeah, it is never going to happen. I just thought it would be a really interesting scenario that would unfold with it. If you're Gute, you ride or die based on if you nail a couple of drafts. Either that or you go down as one of the worst GM's in football's history.
  13. Trade Rodgers to Chucky in Oakland for all the firsts they have in 2019 and 2020. Not sure if I’m serious or not.
  14. Really? They had a top 5 defense. Right. I didn’t say they weren’t good. They became stars a season after winning it all. They were 10-6 that season and didn’t even win the division. If Rodgers is twiddling his thumbs waiting until he “sees” enough talent to give a rip, we are in big trouble.
  15. Hopefully they take an L next week and shut down Rodgers for the remainder of the year after that. Tank baby, tank! With the Saints being late 20’s at best, let’s get as high as we can. Three picks in the top 35-40 players would be awesome.
  16. Agreed. I mean, what does a SB team look like to Rodgers? The year they won it they were a bunch of nobodies.
  17. I can’t put this particular loss on McCarthy ... not enough horses tonight. I get that perspective on the defensive side of the ball. But this offense is led by a healthy Rodgers in a must-win game against a divisional opponent. It has put up 14 points, and none in the second half. That should never happen—full stop. With no receivers and o lineman that shouldn’t be collecting a pro check.
  18. If McCarthy is done than Thompson better be escorted out of the city himself. He is solely to blame for this team being where it is today. No depth at just about every single position on the field.
  19. I'm very interested to see what the game looks like when I'm an old man. Numbers declining everywhere basically and more and more research being done that will get released eventually.
  20. How Spriggs is on our roster still, amazes me. Ted Thompson should get his Packers HOF taken back for how terrible of a job he did late. What an absolute joke some of these players are.
  21. Pettine is doing a nice job with what he has to work with.
  22. Does Rodgers know how to run a QB sneak? Ridiculous that he can't go forward for 2 inches.
  23. Which tells you that things have been pretty good in Badgerland. They were due for a clunker.
