1. He doesn’t hit breakin balls that don’t break.
2. Seriously, what crawled up your ass and died? Knebel has been wildly inconsistent (and that is being exceedingly kind) for a while. I'm not rooting against him. But I'm justifiably nervous when he takes the mound. Spinning your tires guy. I really don’t care that you’re nervous about him pitching nor was my comment at you individually but that’s how you’re taking it. I think how people act when he takes the mound is a bit ridiculous and because of how great our pen has been this, we have crazy expectations for him and everyone out there. He’s a good pitcher with great stuff who is entering his prime. I’ll gladly hand the ball to that guy and take my chances. But this is it for me with you on this because even this has gotten silly. Sorry you took offense to Knebel hater, have a good night.
3. We have been spoiled by our pen. Rough patches happen. Knebel has been so good in his Brewer career and yet no faith at all in him even though his stuff is as electric as ever. It’s a bit overblown IMO Calling him "so good in his Brewer career" is what's overblown. 2015 3.22 ERA across 50 IP; 4.03 FIP, 1.212 WHIP. Pretty good, but the FIP is high 2016 4.68 ERA across 32 2/3 IP; 3.57 FIP, 1.469 WHIP. Not good. 2017 1.78 ERA across 76 IP; 2.53 FIP, 1.158 WHIP. Very good. All Star. 2018 4.11 ERA across 30 2/3 IP; 4.50 FIP, 1.207 WHIP. Decent. Who cares if his stuff is "electric"? I'm more interested in results. 7 earned runs allowed in 12 IP, and allowing opposing hitters a .900 + OPS in July was not good. He's been inconsistent as a Brewer. Had one great year, one pretty good years, one below average, one well below average. You’re right. You sold me. I’ll now post “okay Knebel, don’t blow this” every time he pitches. Night, night.
4. Was such a good ball game. Even in the tough loss, I’ll appreciate that. I think I’d rather have Barnes than Albers right now but I have faith Albers will get it figured out.
5. Pot meet kettle. Agree to disagree about how he’s talked about. On to the next topic...
6. Who's a Knebel "hater"? The guy had a 5.25 ERA in July. I just didn't want to battle back from 4-2 down to see him blow it. We have been spoiled by our pen. Rough patches happen. Knebel has been so good in his Brewer career and yet no faith at all in him even though his stuff is as electric as ever. It’s a bit overblown IMO
7. Knebel haters just go to bed. We will let you know how this one turns out in the AM...
8. I don't think many hate him. They hate when he starts frequently. That's my view anyways, I am fine with an occasional start against a lefty, PH, and late D replacement. I’m with ya on your take. A career .290 OBP guy finds himself in our lineup way too often and usually somehow way up in the lineup.
9. Looked on mlb.com game day and it shows a ball there too. Outside and close to being high. Don’t know how to post a screenshot or I would. Looks on the corner to me.

11. On the Dodgers broadcast, it showed that it was outside. Obviously wasn't right down the middle but was right on the corner according to Gameday and I figured it was going to be called live. I guess it was one that could have gone the other way maybe but it certainly wasn't an egregious strike call. Just watching on the TV and the circle was well outside the box. Maybe the box is off on the TV but it sure didn’t look right down the middle...
