Find a pass rush and this defense should have enough on the back end to cover.

Do you honestly think this is a championsip caliber team? A playoff caliber team? If so, what makes you think that? History? I never said they were fake. What they are is average. I don't understand why this is so hard for some to wrap their heads around? If they turn out average, ok. Were you going into the season thinking WS? Because that’s your own fault then.

If Dubon can’t top Sogard, then let’s find out now so we can move on from him too.

That’s what any good manager does. You don’t throw players under the bus, even if they cost you.

I will say that this is a partial reaction to today’s game but it has to be asked. Why is Eric Sogard on this team and Mauricio Dubon not? I am a Villar supporter but there are plenty of at bats for Dubon to get at SS and 2B if used correctly. This could eliminate having Sogard and/or possibly Perez.

Let’s be real. Sogard ain’t going anywhere. And it sucks.

Just no reason for Sogard to be starting at shortstop. None.

Who? Braun isn't out there, but you've got Shaw, Yelich, Cain, Aguilar... if you would have rather gone Braun and Aguilar in instead of Santana and Aguilar I can't argue but other than that they should be able to do more than this. My feelings about Sogard are well known but it's not like Arcia is a bat you miss. As great as Aguilar has been, I'm not on the he's a star bandwagon. I think Arcia is still a way better offensive selection than Sogard and Villar is a better option than Perez for me. You take Braun out, our best and hottest hitter as well. It is a recipe for another loss. It is okay though because these games are expected throughout the season.

Well, so far he is through 4 innings at 77 pitches and has only given up 2 runs. Sooooooo.... yeah. Not too bad so far. We should probably try to score some more runs. That may help things out a bit.

Yep, pretty much. There are always going to be people out there who hate Suter because he doesn't throw 95. If he keeps you in games, what else do you want from a #4/5 starter? And it is not like he's getting the support of our best players. We've tossed out the B-lineup in support.

It'll be really fun when his stat line is something like 5IP - 3R - 7H - 3BB

This ump has no excuse. He should be able to call strikes and balls with Division II velocity.

Santana... try elevating a ball once in awhile. It might actually go for a double or hey, maybe a homerun.

I don't know what it is but #11 looks so weird on the pitching mound.

Seems like I've seen more of that type of error this season than in any other so far.

Basically a throw away lineup and hope we can recover for the last two games of the series.
