No doubt about it. He's mixed in a couple of good games but yes, overall he's been consistently bad.

And since we gave up somewhat of a decent prospect for him, it sure would stink to lose him after only 91 PA's. But it sure would be nice to stash him at AAA for awhile and get him those AB's.

People get too caught up with two things. Strikeouts and dingers. They make judgements based on those two things alone and that is just not a great way to place value on a player. It can help you, but it is not the only factors people should be looking at.

Kirk would rank #6 in the NL for OPS as a CF if he had enough at bats to do so. I think CF is doing pretty good as well! -

Junior Guerra taking advantage of the shadows. Mowing down the Cubs right now. First four starts of his career and he gives the Brewers at least 6 each time out. Impressive.

Man, I would love to be excited for this game but I look a the lineup and just cringe. No Lucroy or Braun? Going to be a struggle scoring runs today.

It all started with a hit by pitch. Can't let the leadoff man get on in the 9th. Not Jeffress best outing. Other opportunities throughout the game to either extend the lead, win it or tie it up again but it starts with a hit by pitch in the 9th.
