  1. 1st win of the season Coming right up! And it was all because of the Pitching of the team's #5 that got it done....I personally believe the Colorado series should have been Peralta, Fiers, Garza due to the Rox hitting and rather set up Lohse for the 1st game intra-division...Would have been Lohse, Nelson, Peralta in this series. But yeah, this team has a Flagrantly poor decision making Manager...Such as using Smith and Broxton just now(with Lohse pitching tomorrow? IE competitive low scoring game no?/need to use your best closers no? It's an early game less rest for these 2 now no?) Pretty poor thinking ahead by this manager such as later on in the season when Broxton and Smith are up to 60 appearances heading in to September and wondering why they can't seem to get outs suddenly?
  2. Go to Washington County golf course. To work at Whistling Straits/Blackwolf Run, and have coworkers go there and say they love the course is hard to do. There's a reason is the #1 Muni course in the State.
  3. I think there's a lot of reasons to be skeptical of Chicago, but they look to be trending in a positive direction. They won 73 games last year, but they have made a lot off season moves, including adding Lester, Fowler and Montero. They will have a full season of Solar, and waiting in the wings is Bryant. Personally, I think that because of the additions the club made during the offseason, plus the expected maturation of younger players, I see them as a .500ish team. But I won't be shocked if they win less than that. Young players are unpredictable - even highly touted ones. Still, I think it will take several major issues to arise for the team win only 67 games. Not impossible, but unlikely. Almost all of that is on the batting side. It's like the Cubs are a version of the Rockies offensively. Lester has all of last season to be thought of as an under 3 ERA SP. Otherwise, he's a 3.5 ERA SP for his career and was immediately shellacked on Opening day thus far. His career numbers make him no more a Matt Garza or Kyle Lohse. All that offense isn't worth anything if the career years of Lester/Arrieta/Hendriks even Jason Hammel. What if they all turn out as being that? Career years (as feared about Gomez/Lucroy) That's 4 SPs who had ERAs below 3 so it's fathomable to think they can allow a full 1 run more this year and none of that is out of the ordinary that's just their average. Samardzija had a career year for this Cubs 73 win team ie who Lester replaces. If pitching is going to be the Brewers' downfall (when only Fiers had that career type numbers for year), to me, it's more likely the Cubs' pitching won't win their end of the games for them. Even if the Cubs offense is 100 runs better this season. You take 33 Starts among 4 SPs adding 1 to their ERA, Wouldn't that offset those 100 runs? (at 200IP avg) I come up with about 89 runs. It's just like my prediction that Pittsburgh won't be as strong since that end of their bullpen was lights out...Tony Watson promptly gave up 3 runs his first appearance to lose a tie ball game for them vs Cincy. The Brewers did what they did last season with just Gomez/Lucroy being AS performances. And Fiers performance for 10 starts. That's it. Gomez/Lucroy being in their primes and because they were previously trending upward to begin with are most likely going to keep up the pace they shown last year. How about/what if Milw's bullpen does a Pittsburgh or 2014? KRod doesn't give up HRs at an alarming rate. Jeffress/Broxton pitch lights out? I just think the Brewers have shown mostly average numbers/stats by the time the season ended. Will Smith improves vs RHP? Peralta puts it more together? Seriously Peralta...the IP likely will be there. But what if he begins K-ing more? That should immediately improve his numbers. He goes from 198/154 to 212/198? He's ripe for that kind of stat improvement. Garza I believe is Garza, He'll finish around 3.4/3.5ERA end of the season. The concern is always health...Why not go a full season this year? Lohse had 198 IP for an avg 3.54 ERA. He may not reach 198 IP again but I think even turning in a worse season he still keeps the ERA below 4. Which if I am about correct on 200 IP 1 full run being 22 runs that gives Lohse less than half a run or about 10 more Runs given up on his season vs last. Fiers/Nelson become the question marks really for how bad/terrible can it get? Fiers has done it. Just seems to know how to pitch. I'll just peg him to be average and that's what? 3.77ERA? So it's Nelson. as a #5 SP. Well guess what? Thornburg is the team's long man who's started admirably in the past. These are 2 former #1 Brewers prospects. I doubt Nelson will have a long leash like Peralta his first full season starting due to that. I think the team will find a way to get 15-18 quality starts from the #5 SP in some fashion. Milwaukee's #5 SP I feel is better than most team's #5 situation because of who its relying on. So I just don't see the Brewers being terrible, or winning fewer than 76games. What did I predict? 87 was it? I still stand by that so long as the Brewers aren't bit by the injury bug. The Pirates' pitching was phenomenal last season for who it involved and they lost Russell Martin the signal caller who had a career year himself. The Reds dealt Matt Latos an ace potential and Alfredo Simon who went 196 IP of 3.44 ERA for. The Cubs' starters as mentioned. There's just more questions to me about how will those teams get the same group of players to play to the level they did in 2014 when it's very unexpected. Compared to Milw's duo and Fiers? Fiers had pitched already well 2 seasons prior. He's more likely to continue than what I'm looking at from other team in the division. I didn't mention the Cardinals. That pitching staff is a given. Their hitting isn't imo. But that pitching will keep them in games w/o needing the hitting. 3 out of 4 division opponents most likely seeing worse performances for a Milw team to face who was 36-40 last season vs their division. And come on, we have Adam Lind at 1b! How much WAR is that going to be at the end of the season vs the duo of Reynolds/Overbay? BRef has them at being worth negative 2 wins combined from just an average player. Lind was +.8 in his limited action....3 wins right there statistically. 1b seems to be forgotten by the people who write about Milw how improved it HAS to be for Milw. It's like adding a breakout player like the Pirates did in Polanco or the Cubs will in Bryant. Reds getting Votto back. It just didn't happen from the minor ranks.
  4. Laugh out Loud. And what if Jake Arrieta isn't the SP he was last season. Kyle Hendriks performs as bad as Jimmy Nelson is being concerned? After Jon Lester, doesn't that make the Cubs a 67 win team too? Look facing the Rockies for the opening series when that team offensively is 100% healthy? Who wants to? Tulo is maybe the best hitter in the NL...when healthy. Carlos Gonzalez can be top 15 hitter in all of the NL...when healthy. Nolan Arenado is likely making his way to being either the best or 2nd best 3b in the NL. Morneau is a former AL MVP that has head problems keeping him from being healthy or 100% at the plate. Looks to me like All-Stars who've had an offseason since June last season are starting off this year (like many before) hot. Screw the schedulers for giving Milw this 3 game series. It's a death-trap that is playing out. 2014: 22-14 finished with 66wins 2013: 18-12/27-21 finished with 74wins 2012: 12-12 finished with 64wins 2011:18-10 finished with 73wins 2010: won 83games Carlos Gonzalez first full season. Colorado's offense when the offensive players are healthy are truly among the best. This start shouldn't be shocking. They will put up crooked numbers Such as 5IP 11hits 5ERs by the best SP Clayton Kershaw. And that was Sept of 2013.
  5. Don't forget Koenig who was questionable about his offense late, took that offensive headbutt to the face for the And 1 3pt play for Duke instead. Think about it. Dekker after that shot to the neck/head by the Duke player on a rebound effort... how much time was left in the game? 8 min.? Right about the amount of time that Dekker disappeared from having the ball passed his way and allowed to dribble/penetrate for a shot. Gasser's eye early...He's mostly a defensive player who hits a few big 3s during the game...0-1 FG, his only FG was a missed layup. Koenig. His offensive foul non-call was what Bo Ryan was chirping about, how when a player jumps in to you to initiate contact, in practice they call the offensive player every time for a foul. It was 51-47 Badgers when that play happened. 10min. left. After the 3pt play its 51-50. Koenig was removed from the court for a little bit of time. Think about that sequence. Duke would have been charged their 4th foul. Kaminsky the 2nd possession after that play makes an And 1 which would have been Kentuckys 5th foul. and the score would instead be 54-47 vs 54-50. Duke would have received their 6th team foul with 6:41 secs and the game tied (vs 54-51) putting WI in the 1 and 1 from that point on. Duke last foul of the game which would have been their team's 7th came with 21 secs unbelievably ahead 68-63 (not 65-63 with the offensive foul) where WI gets a 1 and 1 to make it potentially a tie game. Koenig after that shot returned to the game and proceeded to airball a layup. Jumping head first in to Koenig's face to create contact and the refs making the wrong call created this entire wrong sequence of events. I truly believe the shots to the head taken by the Badgers players affected their play. And the worse part of it, it they took all those head shots and not 1 foul was called on Duke for dishing them out.
  6. Splitter, why would Matuella who was basically ranked above Aiken fall further with his TJ than Aiken does?
  7. I'd take him off the Padres hands after a Davis or Braun or Gomez injury out for the season. But under no other circumstances otherwise. Why pay so much for a backup?
  8. Not to look ahead, but to do so. If WI beats UK and faces Duke and Beats them also? They'd have faced every higher seed they could possibly and won every game doing so. They'd have to be considered at or near the Greatest College Basketball of all-time having done so no? I mean Beating the NBA talent rich Kentucky and then getting to replay #1 seed Duke for the title one of only 3 teams to beat you in 2015? That is how special this team can become. It'd have to be considered the greatest Tourney team ever. When you factor everything in.
  9. I know I posted in a previous page. Just the comment that there was a prediction page from Yahoo writers and I was surprised that all of them picked Milw 4th. and I want to say something like 75-77 win range only. Not one 80 win or better prediction. I want to guess the Cardinals had 1st on them all from 88-93 wins. I just don't get it. Pitt. lost Martin who played out of his norm. Also possessed a Mark Melancon, Tony Watson, Jared Hughes trio of RPs who pitched all below 2 ERA for 212.2 IP. Don't believe that staff to be good enough for Pitt not to be worse this season. StL, is continuing to get older in the batting department, lost Taveras, acquired Heyward... and Reynolds. There is no punch/power to that offense 20 HRs from anybody may be tops. That's a lot of small ball. Cubs, I get it. In fact I believe a lot of the hype for them. Rizzo/Bryant will be a dynamic duo to get through a batting order like Braun/Fielder was. Only Chicago has more talent surrounding that. Pitching is the concern and all they've done is produce when doing so for the Cubs lately. Bosio. Reds lost Mat Latos who I think was that team's 2nd best SP. You can't lose that and expect to compete. Overall, I just feel this NL Central will go down to the final week. Potentially between 4 teams. Just think competition will be so tight 86 wins is well within reach for all 4 of the competitors.
  10. I'm confident in Hector Gomez's backup ability. I think he's being undersold here as a backup bat. 15 Hrs in his 442 PAs in AAA total of 46 XBH. This was someone who's been oft-injured and never really got to put B2B seasons together prior to '13 & '14. Former top 100 way back when. Like Luis Sardinas, I think there's upside to be had for a backup MIF. Now, speaking of Sardinas, What does his role become? Anyone know if he's just going to play MIF? Or will he be tried at 3b? Obviously with Aram's age you have to have a Luis Jimenez 3b backup. I'm not really enthused about him like I am Gomez. I think he'll have a negative impact to the team when he takes the field, more so than even Schafer's batting issues. So big part of me is hoping Sardinas plays some 3b in AAA to remove Jimenez when his time has come and gone. Really need healthy ARam for this season as long as we can have him. And I hope the phone's being used non-stop throughout the season working to solve the 3b problem Milw will face in 2015 and especially in 2016.
  11. Thank you for the wishes above and support.
  12. What if? What if Schafer is on the Roster with Parra still being an emergency LH 1b for Lind? I don't think with Parra the Brewers need Schafer as a 5th OF since he lacks pop and would be a very underutilized 2nd OF off the bench after Parra...But, If Parra were still freshly in the minds as an emergency LHB 1b for Lind to start the season, then I understand the move with Schafer. Just wondering out loud. Probably unlikely, I just like to run an idea that makes a move like such sense. I mean, why did you acquire Parra last season and keep him? If you were still going to keep Schafer on the 25man? It certainly isn't for production and would only be defense...which Parra provides as much of both+.
  13. No, I just mean, extreme heat. My buddy in over 15 years of working never ever was removed from work outdoors due to heat. he did so the other day (yesterday he exclaimed so I guess Sunday?) Just a potential reason for the effort given. Heat-higher juiced balls too. It's Spring. First weather day like this maybe experienced since last summer. Adjustments/acclimated to it is all I'm suggesting if this was the first. So it can be reasoned even easier. He's a 6'6" 240+lb man not a tiny man. Heat will definitely affect him more fatigue-wise than somebody smaller.
  14. Oh yeah, btw. My friend of many, many years stated he had to be removed from work outside in Arz due to heat the other day. How big an impact was the weather? He said something like 98 that day if they both mix. Something to consider. I've told others if I were Tiger Woods (prime) golfing ability and the temp were 90s and above, having to wear slacks. I'd withdraw from the tourney, regardless of the millions I'd have to pass on. I can't stand 80+ for temps. Maybe Nelson is like that?
  15. Too early to dictate. Simply, How good is Tyrone Taylor (I don't believe it) but should Taylor make strides over this year how long would he have to be held back for 2016? Guessing Reed and Wren are add-ons to that 2016 maybe CF roster hold down. As to what Gomez can command in FA his next contract. I'd start at 24mil a year and climb it up. I'd think a deal like 6/144mil is the least Gomez will have offered at this moment. For point of reference sake Ellsbury got 21+from the Yankees age 30 and beyond for 7 years. And Gomez at this time is better than Ellsbury (Boras agent) so maybe I should start thinking 28mil minimum. Brewers can't afford that obviously. So he'll be gone. There is no extension this time, Gomez has the track record to command and get what he wants now unlike prior to his extension. At this time, it's comp pick in my opinion what happens for Milwaukee. The W/L records in 2015/2016 for the July trade deadline are the only times I can see Gomez being moved. All things considered, between Taylor/Harrison's rise, I'd ride Gomez for both years so long as Milwaukee is in the standings in 2016 and just take the comp pick return. He's in his prime years, and Milwaukee should let them be put on display for tickets/sales/for the fans. Now don't ask me about what if Washington said Lucas Giolito for Gomez in trade scenarios like that. Imaginary offers that make sense for Milw to do long term. Those offers haven't been rumored anywhere... so for the topic, Gomez will be a Brewer through 2016 if they are in it during July 2016. Otherwise he's gone.
  16. Hey, how about the Fact he completed 4.1IP when giving up 10 runs? Did he leave with the bases loaded having given up just 7 and the RP promptly made it 10 for him? It was a Minor League game in preseason. The concern would be as mentioned pain. Is he hurt in some way. That's it. If Nelson can go 4.1IP when giving up 10 runs, how many IP will he be going when he's giving up 1 or 2 runs? 7+ right? I'll take the lump games from him when he has the ability to pitch in to the 8th inning. For a #5 that ability/upside is more to me for a team than the #5 having a bad game allowing 6-10 runs. Peralta for all his success thus far, the underlying numbers behind them, don't say he's as good as he's been. He should be giving up more runs. One start doesn't make him a bad pitcher. Let's get that concern when it runs for 1 month's time, at which I'm sure it'll be addressed then with a demotion. It's shocking to see, because of Nelson's 2014 in the minors, but if he hadn't had the success in the minors in 2014, he wouldn't even be an option as the starter much less would this result be shocking.
  17. The middle Infield is set. Scooter/Sardinas/Segura/Arcia. It's the Corner Infield positions to really wonder about. I'm going to believe that Lind is here in 2016 with the Lucroy platoon mate still. So 1b would be set. 3b is the question. I thought Sardinas was being a thought of at 3b or Segura. Mainly for the defense/solved problem. As Jericho posted the FA 3b class and really a bunch of 3b for teams in baseball are terrible options. So I'd rather have the defense+youth to grow in Sardinas or Segura vs adding a vet who is past a ceiling and only works with a floor...of the aging kind, which is usually going to be worse defense. What if Milwaukee moves Arcia to 3b during the season? I mean the guy is the SS of the future for Milwaukee, but, I'm so, so, so high on this guy's ability that I truly think he's going to force himself on to the roster in 2016. And say come end of 2015 season they tell him, it's at 3b. You'd obviously have a who's getting moved Segura/Scooter/Sardinas offseason and in truth, that will play itself out over the course of 2015. Pretty much taken care of the question today.
  18. Mr.Allen I will be drafting in a new league tonight. I came to realize this week some stats were changed vs what I'm used to. Rather large H2H category league, and your webpage with RotoScore is going to be a blessing tonight when I draft. I'll share with you the buy in if I win this league because of your webpage&help. Looking forward to beating up this league of newbies/likely misinformed others who won't be prepared like I am. Thanks again for the site reference.
  19. I'll be happy the Brewers developed a Loogy of their own. I'm not going to say Bradley being that will last 6+years team control. If he's a Loogy I can't see him lasting on the team that long before being moved, because there's probably someone better, someone cheaper, or someone in trade needed more than a Loogy. Let's get 3years out of him to be satisfied, a 4th/5th when he's in arb, I'll be hesistant to call for. Bradley isn't that young to be looking to count on 4+years from now as a Loogy.
  20. I hadn't watched next to any basketball prior to the tourney. Sit in a hospital during the NCAAs and you watch some ball. Including the ending of the Heat/Bucks which gave me the eye on size difference. Pro to College, pretenders(like WVU vs KU) and non-pretenders.... Like Wisconsin. Dekker/Hayes and obviously Kaminsky have NBA builds, NBA movement and their games show it. Don't believe it, watch Utah's Center vs Duke last night. I remember seeing a steal, the guy was ahead at half court, and by the free throw line #42 had let this power forward by him like he was running in glue. Nevermind the guy made 0 attempt to stop the ball controller/disrupt the play to have help(the guy who lost the ball originally who failed to also run the ball controller down) All I know is the rest of the game, watching #42 move his lower body was excruciating, and he was one of Utah's Stars. UNC to me was 2times tougher a matchup than Utah was for Duke. The Badgers offense, is fantastic. It can be frustrating due to how used to seeing it be effective when they have that wth possession(fast shot/ seeing Koenig stuck with the ball in no man's land with 4 on shot clock) but man, the team is incredible. No Fear. The points/run will come. We're that good, and they are. I've never been a huge fan of Jackson, because the offensive isn't run the same, but he is the exact person to change the Badgers pace/tempo if they needed it. He shouldn't be on the floor unless the O got stale/weren't winning. From what I've watched, the Badgers can win this all. They are every bit as talented, the best coached team for those talents. I haven't been wowed away to think they can't win any single game. As been stated, they're a team that has yet to shoot well vs opponents shooting well for themselves. And that is scary. They could beat Arz by 25pts or Kentucky or Duke and I would not be surprised if the shooting scenarios switched for the Badgers one game. Looking forward to tonights game and a good one by Hayes and Kaminsky the most.
  21. Re: Aiken. I am in the background that Aiken's stock has to be falling. There is no way/reason a team should pony the 4.5mil he was offered after him needing TJ. He's his own case, which is one that upon medical checking Aiken has a much smaller UCL than he should have. So he's not normal physically. It took less than 9 months before he incurred the injury after the concern arose. How will his UCL repair with surgery? Does he still possess the smaller than expected UCL? IF he can't be normal physically in the elbow area, and he's had 1 TJ surgery now.... Why draft him early? He's going to need what? 9 months past draft day to even begin throwing again? So at best you're starting him a year later June 2016. You're going to limitate what he can do. Let's say 30IP in 2016. 65-75 in 2017. 110 in 2018. So he finally crosses over 140 in 2019? How is that elbow going to hold up over 4 years? Another problem/setback and he loses another year. He's not Jeff Hoffman. Lucas Giolito. Where his tendon structure is normal. The moment it was found not to be, AStros Drs brought it to attention, the reduction in offer was made, and less than 9 months later Aiken is now on TJ surgery #1. I see no reason to take on the risk when the concern from deformity to put it, was questioned and raised with what an end result could be and it took less than 9months for that to have occured. I don't think a smart GM would pay Aiken 1 million in the draft, unless they surgically enhance that concern to no longer be one down the road. Aiken shouldn't be a 1st round selection due to sign risks/money he can command at that point and he should fall in to the beginning of the 3rd round in my opinion if a GM was making a smart selection due to money slots. My opinion though, and it's in belief his tendon isn't being repaired to the normal size it should be.
  22. Alright, so I browsed here yesterday and read the RIP Chado and the Brewerfan poster you miss posting. They were topics one after the other so I'll share this. I began experiencing headaches, sensitivity to sunlight looking up(used during my job) and that began on the 4th. after two weeks, and very little help from Migraine meds and being told I don't look like myself by some coworkers. I agreed I'd go to a clinic. Clinic sent me to ER, ER ran CT Scans&MRI(sound torture if you never experienced!) and I was admitted to icu. Came to light I have a rare form of brain cancer for adults, they did surgery to remove mass/tumor and I'm doing well. Probably very well considering. I've been under rediculous precautions because I have a low heart-rate since I can remember 40-45Resting I thought(was 37 while prepping in surgery), but that doesn't account for concerns if/when it drops lower out of nowhere. Aside from the incision and being inside limited in movement for 9days and counting now, I feel like I can do everything fine on my own. It's just a matter of convincing the Drs that I can. So what's bugging me, the waiting game in all of this. Being refined to this hospital. Waiting on new answers. But to open the brewerfan.net page yesterday it was RIP Chado topic I seen that bugged me. Posters you missed right below. I don't know how close I was to being that had I just kept fighting through the headache pains. I've always lived on the side that I'm going to make 100years old, never smoked in my life, never done any drugs, and that considering my upbringing, staying years total now in Miami Beach just can't be true when you here it. But I'm going to say that is why I'm getting past this, and will be working again in no time. You all know I visit/ post here often, if for whatever reason I became that poster you hadn't heard from, I guess you could assume the worst happened for me under my new circumstance. Anyway, it's boring in here, can't play any laptop games to pass the time, a few movies at least today to watch, so I've taken the time to post since I have way more time on my hands than I know what to do with. Thanks for reading, my spirits are high, I feel good, very confident I'll be normal in no time.
  23. So they listed 40man players out of options Milw has Fiers, H.Gomez, Jeffress, and Luis Jimenez Here's the list would guess a chance of any pickups coming from this list:http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2015/03/out-of-options-2015.html
  24. I'm with Scott Boras over Kris Bryant. The Cubs had the perfect opportunity to groom Bryant for 2015 in September 2014 when they were playing for nothing but the future. Instead they let Bryant do nothing with the Playoffs finished. Chicago isn't a Small Market franchise where this kind of Team Control should matter. They aren't Milwaukee, aren't Pittsburgh. When Bryant demands 20+mil per year in a contract, Chicago isn't going to sit there and say that's too much money for them, and send him away to who can. They are a Market that can. Yet Chicago took it upon themselves to shelf Bryant in 2014, and for no reason to hold him back after a 6HR in 23PAs Spring Training thus far, are being expected to send Bryant down to AAA to start the season to "Improve his game" Now to hold him down for a month almost 2 months to work on some part of his game is understandable and shouldnt be argued. But to send Bryant down and bring him up to start game 10 of a season, is an obvious tactic to gain an added year of Team control. I'd be furious if I'm Bryant or Boras due to that. Especially since Bryant doesn't have the ability to take the Cubs to an Arbitrator to argue that. He should be allowed to fight against the Cubs having that 7th year since it's 1billion % obvious they only sent him down in AAA to attain that ability. It's not for him to improve himself. I'm against Boras more often than not, but in this instance, the Cubs have 0 right to hold back Bryant especially after dealing Valbuena away. There is no reason to send him to AAA anymore. It'd be one thing if his bat was bad in Spring Training, but when it's the best on your team including obvious Major Leaguers? Like Rizzo or Castro? and obviously better than Olt? What's your argument? To improve? Then send everyone down to AAA, they all have to improve because they are doing worse than Bryant is.
  25. Does it really matter if Kentucy will win every game by 10points or more if they feel like it? IF Kentucky doesn't win this tourney, I'd have to guess 2 Starters went down due to injury and Coach Calipari had a heart attack causing him to miss what game they didn't win. Kentucky and the likes ruined College Basketball for me. I don't follow it anymore because it's going to be the same 2 (Duke/Kentucky) getting NBA ready Players to recruit 2-5 times a season every year. Just a revolving door of NBA players playing 1 maybe if you're lucky 2 years on these two teams before jumping to the NBA. And to only be replaced by better NBA prospects. To show how big a joke this is recruiting, I wish one season every McDonalds All-American would commit to not playing for Duke or Kentucky, go to a pathetic no-named team(how about University of Milwaukee for instance) who had 0 shot of a winning season prior to that recruit class, only to win the NCAA tourney, not because of the coach, but because of the recruits dictating where they were taking their Elite Game at. If it's going to be this way, then there should be a money structure like say 2.5million to be spent on College athletes in Basketball. And sense a team like Kentucky or Duke can't offer 2mil to every elite recruit because of the 2.5mil limit, these Elite Players will spread out over other teams who can offer them more money. It would also put a lot bigger demand on Recruiting, since Coach C or K will have to pick the correct recruit that suits their game and puts them over the top, vs choosing a recruit vs the rest who only becomes a 2nd round NBA pick 4 years later. Meanwhile, a 1year dynasty team like Kentucky(since half or more of them will jump to the NBA) is spread out to make basketball more competitive all around.
