Do you think Yount may actually be the third most popular guy behind Braun and Fielder? I hope so, might make it easier being one of 250 in his line.

Kimmel just killed it on Jay's show. I cant believe Leno and his people thought it would be a good idea to have Jimmy on. What did he expect? Everything Kimmel said blasted Leno, it was fantastic. Probably the highlight and biggest thing to actually happen on the "Jay Leno Show".

If they are all better with Wolf and if Suppan can even be average I agree, our rotation should be fine. I just hope that Bush is healthy, Parra figures it out and Gallardo lowers his walk totals.

I think the fact Kimmel dragged out his Leno made it that much better, really played on how annoying Leno is. I bet Conan goes out with a bang, this last week on the air will be must see TV.

For football, I actually find NFL.com very good. Maybe the best league run website for news and insight. Also very good for football are Pro Football Talk and National Football Post. For baseball, Circling The Bases is fantastic.

Kimmel really brought it last night, his Leno parody was fantastic.

Man, I think I gotta go for Yount. Very shocked that he will be there. If I don;t go for Young it comes down to Escobar, Hoffman, Wolf or Vaughn.

I love Seinfeld, but give Conan a show at 10:35pm CST on Fox.
  9. BrewCrewForever
Leno's Ego.Exactly. Leno is like Favre and Conan is like Rodgers. Its feels the same.
  10. BrewCrewForever
Conan was great last night and I anticipate him to be even better tonight. He was really zinging NBC and I expect it to get better and better.
  11. BrewCrewForever
No he is not on the 40 man. I could have sworn they had a few minor league guys there last year.

Well said, Bill Simmons tweeted something similar to this today and I totally agree. Conan would be awesome on Comedy Central. A block with Stewart/Colbert/O'Brien would be amazing. I still think Kimmel is my favorite late night show, then Conan and then Letterman. Never cared for Leno.

    Ball Don't Lie

I'm really hoping Brett Lawrie is there for some reason. If not him I am probably gonna go for Escobar.
  15. BrewCrewForever
So how long before Baker blows his arm out? What's the over under on that?
  16. BrewCrewForever
I wish him well, hope he can contribute to the team in some way. Maybe start in Nashville and be depth if nothing else in case of an injury.

I think Blyleven will get it next year, or so I hope. Alomar not getting in 1st ballot is kind of ridiculous. I fear Raines may never get in, that will be a crime.
  18. BrewCrewForever
How much is expected for Washington County? Germantown area?
  19. BrewCrewForever
A friend made a good point to me on this, when they have to resign Pujols half of their payroll may be tied up in two players. Good luck with that St. Louis.

Where are the Red Sox and Yankees when you need them to open up the wallet.....
  21. BrewCrewForever
Okay, cool turborickey. So is it more or less rare then the SGA? I am interested.
  22. BrewCrewForever
A lot of good candidates. If Morris goes in over Blyleven I think a lot of people are going to explode.
  23. BrewCrewForever
If so, would you trade? And what are you looking for? Let me know, thanks.
  24. BrewCrewForever
My ballot would be: Roberto Alomar Bert Blyleven Barry Larkin Tim Raines

Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga is still awesome. A fantastic album. I still listen to it a lot. Actually did today driving around running errands. Wish I could have made it to see Spoon on new years eve.
