    I had no idea who LeRoy was, but I was at the Serb Hall show on Nov. 29th and they mentioned him and we all joined in a moment of silence for him. Sounded like a great guy.

    Agreed, since it started in January MLB Network's coverage has blown away ESPN's. The only think I care for now on ESPN or ESPN.com is Keith Law. I could care less about anyone else. Can't wait to read Gammons on MLB.com and see him on MLB Network. Awesome.

    3 Years $31 mill for Wolf seems like a bit much, but what can you do. The Brewers have to get some pitching and may have to overpay just a bit. If they lock him down and get Washburn on a 2 year deal I would feel pretty good about our rotation. Just hope Parra improves and Bush stays healthy.

    Should I do a round of snow blowing tonight around 8 or 9 and then again in the AM before work? Or do it all in the AM before work?

    After the Suppan deal I'm always a little worried to see a SP given a contract for longer then 2 years. But I like Wolf, he was #1 on my list of free agent pitchers for the Brewers to sign so I will be happy when it goes official. If he can give us 3 years close to what he did in LA last year I would be delighted. He is a solid #3, and last year pitched close to a #2.

    I'm not a big Piniero guy. I just don't see him being who he was last season. Id much rather have Wolf or one of the risky guys like Sheets, Harden or Bedard.

    I am starting to love this show almost as much as The Office. I have been watching since the pilot and it just seems to be getting better and better all the time. Pretty much anything with Ron is gold. His line about Wendy being his ideal spooning size was great.

    Caray was always bad. But this postseason he was at his worst and it finally sealed his fate. The "line drive base hit, caught" line and saying everything was "fisted" were awful. If BA did get the call to be the main TBS guy, I would actually love a TV/Radio simulcast with Uecker. Provus and Schroeder. That would be great.

    Wolf would be a nice addition. I would be okay with a 3 year deal. Just not sure how much per year. $10 mill per year would seem high to me.

    Favorite songs of the year: Pearl Jam: Unthought Known (seems almost like advice I might give to my daughter someday, daughter arrives sometime in next three weeks, chokes me up a bit) No doubt, not only is it my favorite song off "Backspacer" but my favorite song of the year. Just a great song. Probably one of PJ's best.

    That is another thing I love about Bud. He loves baseball and is very passionate about the game. He knows the history as well as anybody. People will always give him crap about the All-Star game tie and the strike, that won't ever change. They just don't get it.

    I got mad respect for Bud. Like Patrick425 said without him there is no baseball in 1970 and probably not Miller Park which again would mean no baseball. As far as Commish, he was pretty good. Got the Wild Card, Interleague play, revenue sharing and realignment. Wish he would move forward with better replay before he leaves. Not sure of that will happen.

    Cool, I want to find an unsigned 8x10 of the Fielder/Braun picture from the HR Derby and a Lucroy to get signed at some point this upcoming season.

    Man I hope so, we have the prospects to give up and it wouldn't destroy the farm. And we would have Johnson for awhile yet. The thought of Gallardo/Johnson at the top of the rotation and signing Davis or Washburn as our #3 would make me very excited.

    If Gamel, Salome and a pitcher could get it done for Johnson I don't know how Doug couldn't pull the trigger on that deal.
