Good call GormanHarvey, McClung gets huge props as do Villa and Coffey. The pen was stellar tonight.

First let me say Jcrew that quote is signature worthy. I might have to use it. Even when Hoffman got in trouble I still felt good like he would work out of it. Never really felt that last year with Gagne or Torres. That play Kendall made was sick! Not too many catchers can make that play, what Kendall doesn't have in his bat he more then makes up for in his defense. Love it.

Villa looked straight filthy tonight, wow.
  4. BrewCrewForever
Mat "The Batt" can run a little to! And a Mark A sighting! Very nice to see our owner with Doug.
  5. BrewCrewForever
So BHF, how does this work? Do I need to mail you $15 with my ball?
  6. BrewCrewForever
Come on Mike, keep the line moving. Lets take the lead!

Man Braun is like a target so far this season.
  8. BrewCrewForever
Hall=fail. Ken will do the right thing and only play him against LHP now. Time for Mat the Batt!
  9. BrewCrewForever
Can we please finally end the nonsense that Bill Hall is more then a platoon player? Please. I want Mat the Batt!

I have a bad feeling in my stomach about Suppan tonight. And it is not something I ate.

Well, Ryan Zimmerman is going alright for them. He has been the best 3B in the NL so far this year. They also are about to draft mega pitching prospect Stephen Strasburg.

Mat the Batt is awesome. Love that.

I'm happy for TGJ, but very glad to see him go. Gerut should be a nice bench player for the Crew. Like the deal a lot. Another good deal made my the Mustache.

I'm not sure he will ever be the player he was in the 2005 and 2006 seasons. Although he hit for more power in 2006 with the 35 HR's I always thought 2005 was maybe his better year hit 17 HR's with a .292 average. I hope Macha pretty soon just goes to a straight platoon Hall/Gamel. It is just painful to watch Billy try to hit RHP.

I'm in for a baseball. No doubt!

Untuckem! Man this is a great feeling right now. Winning game after game and in 1st place. Lets keep this rolling in Houston and Minnesota. Also big props to Gamel on his 1st big league HR.

Very excited to see Gamel make his first career start. Hopefully Counsell stays hot and Gamel can help kind of make up for the loss of Rickie's offense.

Of course Gallardo is priority #1 for pitchers, but I think Bush should be looked at for an extension as well.
  19. BrewCrewForever
Yeah I figure they could have a home navy with Brewers on the front and a road navy with Milwaukee on the front.

This sucks. That is really all I can say. He was really putting it all together this year and now its over. I feel so bad for Rickie, he doesn't deserve this. It feels like a bad dream but it isn't.

I to love the "M" logo in front of the state patch. It was also my computer background for awhile. Here is what I heard back from Drew Olson about the possible change: "Jason -- I'll let you know when I hear something concrete. It's still in the talking phase right now."

I know what you mean ILuvDaBush. I would love to see the Brewers find a CF that can leadoff so Weeks could bat 2nd, 5th or 6th. I think he could really thrive in one of those spots in the order. Drive in a lot of runs.

If we sweep tomorrow I say BA, Rock, Ueck and Cory all untuckem. That would be funny. Of course no one could see Ueck and Cory but still.
  24. BrewCrewForever
If we sweep them tomorrow it will be interesting to see what crap the Cardinals and their media say about the Brewers. I'm sure they will make something up. Untuckem!
  25. BrewCrewForever
Oh man, I didn't even think of him. That might not be a bad idea. If they don't try to get Ray I'm all for Hernan being called up. This is just terrible news for Rickie, he was really putting his entire game together this season and now this. Sucks for him, the Brewers and us the fans.
