  1. I checked out the gateway red birds IGT and someone actually posted that Luc should catch the whole game. Nobody blaming him for the first inning. They had a field day with the Gomez at bat though.
  2. Might be a blessing, at least they won't face King Felix.
  3. So we need our most used reliever to pitch in a 8 run game.... To get some work???
  4. Death in the family of a player, no media access in clubhouse tonight
  5. 1-10 blows but there are very few people here who would have said at the beginning of the year that 52-42 would be a disappointment at this point.
  6. SB attempt here? Sure haven't taken advantage of no Molina other than the double steal in the first.
  7. That a boy K-rod, give a yell and a fist pump when you strike out a batter after picking up the loss.
  8. Pinch hitter in a key situation strolls to the plate with a .196 batting average... Yikes. He's been better of late, hope he is clutch tonight.
  9. Cardinals own Gallardo. Gomez will steal 7 bases tonight. Cards win 7-6. That is the first reply from the Cards IGT... Hope he's not psychic.
  10. I would like Jeffress to be given the chance... He can't be any worse than Wooten or Kintzler lately.
  11. Yea, no need for a comfortable, relaxing win. Let's make this thing interesting.
  12. I fully agree he's not healthy. At times this year he has been ridiculous distances off the plate though. He's had at bats where his heels are almost on the line. I don't remember him being that far off the plate in his earlier years, but could be wrong. Edit... Went to good old YouTube and watched a compilation of his 2012 home runs and he is equally far off the plate. Had some back of the box pulled balls that year.
  13. Seriously, why does every 2 strike count have to go to 3-2 before Yo will throw a strike... He will be lucky to get through 6.
  14. You're on land, Cardinals are scoring = please go back on a plane now. Seems far fetched, but why risk it.
