It truly is heartbreaking that so many of our guys' bats have gone cold at the worst possible time. The pitching has been good enough but you can't win if you can't hit. Just ask the Rockies. Perhaps having a day off will help. It can't hurt...

I was reading the Packers' game thread on another forum this morning and they kept talking about the Crew's game last night. I got a kick out of it.

The NFL Network will replay last night's Packers game this afternoon. I wish the MLB Channel did that. It would be so fun to rewatch this one playoff game again!

We were bound to lose sooner or later. Now that we got that out of the way we'll take a couple in LA and bring it home to MP.

It is asking a lot for us to think he could continue at that pace. He literally carried this team on his back. He's too good a hitter to sputter like this much longer. It would help if Cain, Braun or Aguilar would pick up the slack some here...

How come this wasn't an issue in the regular season? Is it different in the post season? And what difference does it make if he's there if he isn't playing?? Now I see he deleted that tweet. What is really going on here?

I wasn't a fan of taking Miley out today. He was frustrating the Dodger hitters and was pitching fine. Plus he was getting freaking hits. I get a little miffed when I hear these "experts" telling everyone CC using Hader in 3 innings yesterday was a mistake. Hader hasn't pitched in back to back games all season. He'll be ready to go on Monday. IMO all we need to do is get one of these games this week in LA.

As disappointing as this was we were bound to lose sometime. This was our first loss a in 21 days. We rarely lose 2 in a row so all we have to do is take one of these games in LA. Yelich has been kinda quiet in this series so chances are he is going to snap out of it and it would great if he did it on Monday night.

But it would help their ratings if a big market team like LA wins rather than Milwaukee.

Jesus isn't easy to understand at times either. But putting a guy like Ortiz and his struggles with the English language as an analyst is inane. There are other retired Latino ball players who are understandable.
