To me it is their fans who are insufferable and not the players - save that one clown (a pitcher?) who said this isn't a rivalry. I have an older couple who are neighbors and Big Cub Fans. They have a W flag on their porch. Long story short, I have been grilling steaks and drinking some Miller Lites out back for hours this evening. They are out back as well. No “Hi” no nothing. Petty as hell. Any thoughts on how to approach this?? Look forward to creative responses. Hang a Brewers flag out back?

I'm with you. I have a feeling they might be reeling from yesterday. If they had a couple of days to "recover" then their chances of winning are much better. The Rox can hit homers. Will the wind be blowing out? -

Probably today's. The Brewers have not had the success the Packers have enjoyed over the years and I'm a Packers fan and shareholder (I inherited my grandfather's share he purchased in 1950).

I have a different take. This team isn’t supposed to be here. If they lose tomorrow I won’t be extremely disappointed in the slightest. I’ll just be that much more pumped up for Tuesday. Did you guys hear what Jesus said to Sophia after the game? "The Cubs will have a problem tomorrow".

Yes, they folded like a lawn chair. We wanted them to win so we'd get the NLC but it is always fun to see the Cards fall on their faces. All the teams still trying to win their divisions blew out their opponents yesterday.

Rollie Fingers was hurt and wasn't able to pitch in the World series. Had he been able to pitch in those high leverage situations, I still believe to this day we would have won the series. Still hurts to this day. If I remember correctly, he was also unavailable for the ALCS... Yes, had Rollie played we probably win that championship.
