I know they have to do it, but hearing LePay, Uecker, etc talk about how "many different things" RR has tried to jumpstart the team is just sickening. Makes him sound like Joe Maddon...the guy has to go as of yesterday, it's a disease in the clubhouse. Where is Ozzie Guillen? He'd kick some butts in a hurry...these guys would pick it up quick.

What on earth makes you think Melvin or Attanasio is that creative? Heck, lets just add a veteran 3rd baseman via trade and go for it again next year!

Jason Marquis has 8K on us through 5 innings. Just shutter the doors on Miller Park and make them play in the mini field outside. Sure am glad I didn't spend a bunch of money in March on Twins/Brewers tickets, because I have absolutely zero desire to see them play. Maybe i'll just buy tickets cheap and show up in Twins attire instead, at least THAT dumpsterfire is showing some life.

There's no point in even floating the idea of Braun getting traded. We are married to him for better or for worse until his contract runs out. Like it or not, he's the "face" of the franchise along with Lucroy. I would be astonished if he was ever traded. -
I think the only guy they'd open up for would be Vucevic or Kanter. Jefferson and Chandler are getting older & Gasol / Jordan are not going anywhere. Vucevic and Kanter are young assets that still have upside.

*Need to add a POST THREAT. We have plenty of size, but between Plumlee/Henson/Zaza there is zero offensive threat. That's why we aren't seeing Plumlee play, he's a copy of Henson who doesn't get a large amount of time himself...both of which are not offensive threats. Somebody like Al Jefferson would immensely help this squad.

They may still be my team, but it's now time to cheer for those Milwaukee BUCKS to take down the Bulls, and for my adopted NHL franchise the Minnesota Wild to win the Stanley Cup. These clowns are a sideshow. We're going to make a massive mistake if we don't unload Carlos Gomez, and unload him soon. Just our luck though now he pulls his hammy which may ruin his numbers for half the season. On the PLUS side of things, Segura is going to get some time now at leadoff where he belongs...now he needs to do something with it.

So was busy at work and just checked the score now...unbelievable how pathetic this team is. Where is the "patented" players only meeting? What about somebody speaking up and calling their play horse crap and it is completely unacceptable. Braun ? Lucroy ? Ramirez ? Anyone out there ? It's like there are 9 Joe Mauers out there on the field for us...nice guys that never say a single word & never care that the team spirals out of control each and every season. This team is a bunch of wimps managed by an incompetent coach, who is apparently employed by an incompetent GM, who is apparently employed by an incompetent owner. I've been in MA's court from day 1, but it's time to call a spade a spade. Enough is enough of this garbage...start benching, assigning to AAA, SOMETHING. I know it's 9 games in and there are 152 left, but there is no change going on here from the historic collapse that occurred last year. I'm a diehard Brewers fan and i'm really having trouble remembering when they play & to even check a box score. If that's happening to me, MA better get worried pretty quickly because he's going to book a major loss for the year if this continues.

"Khris Davis is the Worst defensive OF ever" is such a talking point that i'm sick of hearing. Is his defense REALLY OUR PROBLEM? I wonder if he's responsible for the guys in the infield (hello Garza and Reynolds) who forget how many outs are in an inning as well.

The Marlins just did the same thing with Giancarlo Stanton, albeit at a much higher salary. I don't fault the Brewers one bit for doing the deal with Braun, and no matter your stance on his PEDs fiasco I appreciate him wanting to commit to a small market like us when he clearly knew there were bigger fish in the sea like the Yankees who would unload a ship of cash for him.

Chandler is getting up there in age. He already left Dallas once, I think he realized what a great boss Mr. Cuban is and won't make that mistake again.
