  1. It's possible. I did about 15 lbs in 3-4 months. and I wasn't working nearly as hard as these guys are and was taking 0 supplements and wasn't that focused on my diet. I was pretty thin to start out with so that may have contributed, but it is possible. There are always anomalies.
  2. You're right. Looks like he's only pitched more than one inning twice this year. My brain is faulty.
  3. Anyone else a little surprised they didn't run Megill back out there and try to save Williams for the 10th?
  4. Gambling odds have this one as a toss up.
  5. Driving to Ohio today during the game. Any idea what the national radio broadcast is? Looking for a station around Chicago and Indy
  6. And there are two playoff games on Thursday. Four on Friday. Two on Saturday.
  7. Unreal. is he thinking.
  8. He'll be on it. Counsell loves defensive replacements. I'd guess Anderson misses out. I would be surprised if we didn't go with 5 OF on the NLDS roster.
  9. No chance. We could go 1-6 in those games and I still wouldn't be worried.
  10. .189/.302/.297/.600 vs. LHP That’s why Pina starts. Pina is at .182/.308/.418 vs. LHP Probably worth starting him given how he's swung the bat the past week, but it's not like Manny is a vastly superior option. Edit: Omar's career splits against lefties aren't much better than what he's shown this season. So I'm rethinking this.
  11. I have tickets for tonight so I hope they decide in the next few hours, regardless of the decision. edit: weather in North Chicago looks clear from 7:30 until tomorrow morning.
  12. We don't need 8 from Freddy, but 7 would be nice. 6 is the minimum or we're in some trouble.
  13. That’s my impression too. Atlanta and San Francisco both seem to be hard places for the Brewers to win. Maybe it’s the unfriendly HR environments. SF isn't too bad anymore with the new park dimensions. We haven't won a series in Atlanta since 2016. We took 3 of 4 in SF in 2018 but prior to that hadn't won a series there since 2010.
